The whole is equipped with wifi. All windows / doors are equipped with mosquito nets for extra comfort during the summer. Ideal for 7-11 people. A large plot surrounding the villa with beautiful heated 12m x 5m swimming pool, pretty Zen arbor, tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness room (elliptical, television, abdominal bench, weight bench, exercise bike ). On the ground floor is a large 60m² lounge with access to the terraces and the path leading to the pool, big screen TV, wifi, projector, fireplace. The kitchen contains everything needed for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, oven, microwave, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, stream soda, gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer (freezer and extra refrigerator in the garage) and gives access on a beautiful terrace with barbecue, grill, pizza oven, a fryer and large tables and many chairs for shaded dining with magnificent views of the pool and garden. The main villa has 3 double bedrooms, including one on the ground floor connected to a bathroom with corner bath and the 1st floor, 2 double bedrooms separated by a bathroom with shower, one connected to a bath and a single room, so it can accommodate up to 7 people. However beyond 7 people, you will also have access to the apartment which is below, with separate entrance and nice little summer living area, sleeps up to 4 people. You will find again all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, internet and television in the living room, a bathroom and two double bedrooms. The pool is maintained regularly, and is equipped with a shutter with total closure. It is surrounded by a Zen garden and you can sit comfortably in the arbor, or sunbathing at your disposal. Enjoy the tranquility slightly on the heights of Nice, and can park your car in the garage and 2 additional cars can be parked in the yard. In 15 minutes you will arrive at public and private beaches in the center of Nice. Arrivals are usually between 16h and 18h ​​and departures before 10:00, however depending on availability, I will be happy to welcome you outside these hours from 9am to 18h continuously, 7days / 7, and no extra charge. To facilitate your arrival I offer you the opportunity to go into 24/24 places. However before 9am and after 6pm, fees will be applied for exceptional travel depending on the time of arrival at the villa.
