Precious attic in the Albayzín, Arabic declared neighborhood ,Heritage of the Humanity, placed in the lower part of it, (downtown, close to Plaza Nueva), with terrace and rooms with spectaculars views to the Alhambra, totally new and equipped, with capacity for 2 adults and a sofa-bed for other 2.
Excellent location.
New apartment of two independent floors, on the top floor 1 bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together (1,60 cm.), bathroom and a great terrace with a view to the Alhambra. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with a sofa bed (1,35 cm) which can sleep two persons, and additional bathroom and the kitchen. Fully-equipped with TV of 32 ', dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, and kitchen utensils. In the bath there are towels, hairdryer, gel and shampoo. In addition there is air conditioning and heating for your comfort.
It is also very close to restaurants, bars , supermarkets, fruit stand, drugstore, crafts, tourist information office and all kinds of shops. It is possible to walk to all the places of the city and In addition it is very well served by bus. We will be able to help with information, schedules and zones of tourist interest that may be needed.
The neighborhood surrounded by buildings of great interest and monuments. Next to the “walk of the sad people”, a precious tour along the river Darro, enjoying the sights of the Alhambra. The bus numbers 35 and 31 serve this area. Besides buses that goes directly to Granada’s airport, bus station or railway station together with the bus that goes to the Alhambra.
Also there is a taxi-stop very close. Car access for the whole center of Granada it is very limited for none residents, for that reason we advise to leave the car in a public parking nearby the apartment or leave it where I live and from there take a taxi to the apartment. In my opinion, this is the most economic way

Perfect Terrace to Alhambra

Great comms with wonderful Victoria, everything you could need for a fantastic stay in Granada, the apt. is very near to Plaza San Gregorio and the pedestrian path leads down to Elvira where you will find a supermarket to the right, a little further to Calle Colon is a Carrefoure Express. As everyone says--the views from the terrace are superb and we spent many hours enjoying it. Plaza Nueva is at your doorstep and a taxi from main bus station was less than 10euro but do check they are prepared to drive along the small lane or just get one to Plaza Nueva and it`s not too far with your luggage but uphill. Food and drink everywhere you look!

Granada and some

The whole process was made very easy by Rosa y Victoria and the apartment is well equipped, clean and very close to everything we wanted to see especially the Alhambra complex of which there are lovely views from the balcony. It was good to relax in the sunshine there and enjoy a night cap before bed. Look no further for a place to stay amazing and I don’t say that very often.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for three nights at the end of our month-long stay in Spain. All our communications with the owner Rosa received prompt replies. We left our car on the street parking near the bus depot at her suggestion. It truly is a safe place to leave your car as you cannot and would not want to drive anywhere in the old city of Granada. We were given a warm welcome by the owner's niece Marta. Because we arrived early, she was just finishing up the cleaning. As depicted in the photos this apartment is on two floors, and the apartment itself is up three short flights of stairs. There is no elevator. This was not a problem for us but future renters should take note. We found the flat to be well-equipped: the beds were comfortable and the shower was great! The flat is in a perfect central location and the view of the Alhambra from the terrace is spectacular. One night we enjoyed a light dinner on the terrace gazing up at the castle. We were very happy here and highly recommend it to anyone else planning a stay in Granada.

Absolutely wonderful

I have stayed in several places through HomeAway and other sites over the years-this place is one of the top. Extremely clean, charming, and WHAT A VIEW! The owners are absolutely wonderful. They are responsive and truly want you to enjoy Granada. The layout is a little odd because although it is a loft, essentially there is an upper room and lower studio apartment, so it is more private than a loft. My husband, myself, and our two teenagers stayed here very comfortably. It is well stocked with dishes and nice towels, plus the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Go to sleep below the Alhambra!

Physically fit individuals will love this view from the bedroom and patio. I had coffee on the patio each morning and bid goodnight each night from the bedroom. Stay for the view! Since we were on the go from morning till night, we didn’t use most of the available options and the washer was not working. Park out of the central area and taxi in. You will walk everywhere! The apartment is on two floors…so thankful we traveled light. The noise of the arriving building tenants awoke me but not hubby and it was only once a night (3:15 am and 11:30 am) but it’s because of the building layout. We are thankful I spent the money on the view and location was fantastic! Owner was great about communication.
