Villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with private pool, near the beach

Villa La Cigale is part of Gaiasvillas and this exclusive and spacious water-front house, for up to 8 people + 2 babies with 2000 mq of garden is located in a small village named Théoule-sur-Mer. The ocean villa is only 50 m from the very friendly family beach “La Figueirette”, in a peaceful and quiet area of the Esterel. The beautiful sea view on the small tourist harbour of La Figueirette and the bay will amaze you every day. The villa is on 2 levels: on the upper level you will find the main entry, 3 spacious double bedrooms with A/C, all facing the sea and 3 newly restructured bathrooms with look on the garden. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. On the ground and pool level you will find a very spacious Provençal style living room with open fire place and a large dining room with seating for 10. The newly renovated kitchen offers all necessary appliances and finally there is a newly built double bed room and a half bath. During the last 10 years , the 250 mq villa has been constantly renovated, renewed and refurbished to provide a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience to our guests.

Enjoy the dominating sea view on the bay and on the small tourist harbour of La Figueirette. The villa offers a big private, with alarm secured swimming pool, which is around 11 metres long by 5 meters wide and with a depth over 2.5 meters on one side, and of around 1,30 m on the other side. The pool is surrounded by wide terraces. The house is south facing and set in a 2000 mq landscaped garden with palms, olive and lemon trees. Large doors lead to a covered BBQ area and to a spacious terrace, which is ideal for outside dining. Also, a boules court can’t be missing. 8 sunbeds await for you on the lower pool terrace, while for the more sportive guests there are all water-sport activities, such as sailing, water-skiing or diving at the sailing school of the local beach. The property has direct access to the coastal road, so you can easily walk to the beach.

The villa is located at the beginning of numerous excursions into the mountains of the Esterel.

In summer, shows and concerts are organized in the Pierre Cardin Palais Bulles.La Cigalette is just 45 min. from Nice airport and just a few minutes from the exclusive shops and restaurants in Cannes, the festivals and events. Antibes, St. Raphael and Grasse are within easy reach. Ferries run daily to St. Tropez from Cannes and boat trips run along the coast and to the Lerins Islands. You can enjoy innumerable leisure activities.

This property has been bought by my family in 1999. We have always used it as family holiday home, but since we can't use it ourselves anymore we would like to share this home with our guests and hope that they will enjoy and love it, the way we used to in the past! During the last few years we have constantly improved, restructured and refurbished every single room of the house to provide maximal comfort.

It is ideal for families with kids, but also for couples or seniors. It will surprise you with it's fabulous view on the Mediterranean Sea!

Spacious villa close to the sea and lovely views

The owner provided us with great customer service and the team that met us at the villa were all lovely and helpful .

This quality villa is very spacious , well maintained , has a well equipped modern kitchen , and a large ourdoor area around the pool where we enjoyed eating or lounging in the sunshine.

The house is sunny and bright with lovely sea views and of the marina.

The beds were really comfortable , good mattresses and pillows, bathrooms very clean and modern.

Location was nice near the beach and local restaurants , only a few minutes walk.

A perfect villa holiday

Everything went very smoothly from booking the property, receiving very useful information, and being welcomed to the villa on arrival. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are even buckets and spades for the beach and boyancy aids for the pool. There is an amazing supermarket some 15 minutes away and a limited but friendly local shop nearby and there are very nice restaurants a few minutes walk away but you can't beat the view from the villa. I have already recommended the villa to a friend and she has booked a week later in the summer.

We had such a great holiday. Thank you Gaia.

Stunning view, beautiful villa, hidden gem!

We loved this villa. Perfect location - away from Cannes yet within easy reach. Amazing views, huge terrace that could hold 200 people easily! Gate from garden to the marina and beach! Heaven! Villa very clean and well serviced. Villa had lots of charm and was very secure. We can't wait to go back! Owner was excellent with the booking - quick and easy.

Perfect

We had a wonderful relaxing family holiday in this beautiful, well maintained villa and the views were just stunning. The water sports, beaches and restaurants were all 5 minutes stroll away but the breathtaking views from every room, lovely pool and patio/BBQ overlooking the bay made you want to stay and enjoy the villa. We hope to visit again soon.

Nous avons apprécié cette belle maison spacieuse et accueillante, idéale pour les familles. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine (pas encore ouverte à ces dates), mais nos enfants ont adoré jouer sur les terrasses et la vue sur la mer est splendide.   • The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October (weather conditions permitting). Spa & Thalasso therapy available at the Miramar Beach Hotel, at 300 m distance. The Esterel nature reserve with its network of hiking and cycling paths start right behind the house. There are two long-established golf courses five minutes away in Mandelieu La Napoule where the hyper market “Géant” is situated and in Mougins.
