About this property

Duplex apartment of 36 sqm located on the floor of a small building in the heart of St Patern district and its commercial life.
This apartment includes:
- a living room with kitchen (electric cooker with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), sofa bed, TV ...
- WC
- Upstairs, a bedroom and a bathroom. The linen is provided on request (20. 00 €).

A few minutes walk from the apartment, in the walled city, rises the cathedral surrounded by beautiful half-timbered houses and corbels. Further, the Saint-Vincent leads us to the port leading to the Gulf of Morbihan

Tours and activities:
Located in the city center, you are close to the ramparts and its shows, the harbor and entertainment, museums, the pier to the islands (Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoëdic Island monks, Îles d'Arz ...), the beach of Conleau by a free shuttle summer.
Many hiking and cycling on the coastal paths.
Vannes is located between the two peninsulas (Rhuys and Quiberon). Carnac is 30 km.

Brilliant

Our host met us away from the property as there was a festival going on and all roads were closed. He carried my wifes case to the accommodation and gave us all the relevant information about the apartment and locality. The place was spottless and a perfect size for 2.Everything we needed was available and its position in the town was excellent. There were restaurants and bars virtually outside our front door , though the street was very quiet , and it was a 5 minute walk to the town centre where there was a huge selection of bars , restauranrts and cafes.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a perfect weekend in Vannes. A special thank you to our host Pierrick and his wife.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour ,logement très propre et très bien situé en plein centre, seul bémol la place pour se garer est rare dans la rue et tout est payant .

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un logement bien situé. Dans le vieux vannes. Un logement super bien équipé. Est propre, Les propriétaires excellent. Si cela sera à refaire nous le y reviendrons. Encore merci pour tous.

Appartement parfait pour une ou deux personnes. Idéalement situé pour visiter Vannes à pieds. Pierrick, le propriétaire, est très sympathique et à l’écoute.
