Exclusive, holiday, retreat apartments in Malta’s most in the most fashionable area of Sliema just one minute off Sliema promenade. Not only they are a bolt hole in the sun, but this newly finished block of rental apartments offer something minimalistic but modern when it comes to decor. The aim for these holiday retreats is to utterly have a relaxed and calm environment with none of the clutter and fuss of a main home, thus a feel of a smart and comfortable retreat..

Each apartment differs from the other but yet all of them reflect the sunny side of our Maltese Island as all of them are airy and very bright. Each apartment provides a sense of cleanliness, tranquillity and comfort.

The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having seaviews of Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.

This particular apartment is on the 3rd floor served with lift. It has a spacious living area at the entrance leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a balcony overlooking the street where the apartment block is located. It does not have any particular view but the location makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking.

This apartment has further 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double bed with ensuite and another bedroom with two single beds. Also, the apartment has a family bathroom. Both bedrooms come with wall hung air conditioning. Wifi and cable tv come on complementary basis. This apartment fits the bill for all those who are after a car free holiday, sightseeing, combined with swimming and good food! When night falls Sliema’s bars and restaurants are relaxed and mellow in mood with a cosmopolitan feel.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Refundable Damage Deposit £260
Stay tax €0 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.
Alternatively, the reservation can be made via homeaway family site/s. Please do note that once this option is selected there will be a 3% booking fee added to the quote due to site processing fees.


A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
