The Villa Cantarel is a cozy family house/villa located at 1 min walk above the Renecros bay in Bandol. This is a unique location which also provide access to Bandol center town in a 10 minutes walk, across the nicest neighbourhood of this coastal town.
Located on a land of 650 m2, the 140 m2 villa has 3 double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with 4 beds for a maximum sleeping capacity of 12 people, however it would be rented for a maximum of 6 adults, and there will be an extra charge over 10 persons. Rooms have air conditioning. A parking space is available in front of the house for 1 car.
The dinner/living room is 65 m2 with Digital TV, Bluray, HIFI Stereo, WIFI (Freebox).
There are 1 en-suite bathrooms, 2 shower rooms and 3 WC (1 exterior), a fully equipped kitchen with 1 American fridge, 1 parking space, 1 table tennis table.
Linen can be provided on request with an additional charge.
Summer rentals should have a minimum of 2 weeks although smaller stays down to 10 days might be considered.

Maison spacieuse et très bien située (2 min à pied de la plage et 8 min à pied du port). Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et l'agence en charge de l'arrivée/départ. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Terrasse ombragée bien agréable. Cette maison avec beaucoup de charme nécessiterait cependant un peu de rafraîchissement.

I have spent all my summers there and never got bored as there is always something to do in such a nice resort.

What makes this property unique

Don't miss out the 'marche' (market) in front of the church at 10 minutes walking distance through the town. On the way you will meet the Frangipane bakery with its deliciously creamy 'tropeziennes', or have a coffee chez Toche,or watch the pointus (woden boats) or the modern yatchs.
But the most important aspect of the villa is that you will be at a 1mn walking distance from the Renecros bay, which is a unique trait allowing you to profit from the beach at anytime of the day, whether you are an early morning swimmer or looking to spend some sandy time on the Mediterranean sea with your family.
