A lovely airy and calm apartment on the 4th floor, located in the elegant Fleurs neighbourhood. The location is ideal for those looking to quickly relax with sunny beaches and settle into the local French life.

The train station and beaches are just minutes away on foot, offering the perfect base for your French holiday whether it’s sea and sun or sightseeing along the length of the Riviera


Les Fleurs neighbourhood is centrally located on the Hotel Negresco side of Nice. It is a lovely residential French neighbourhood, calm yet central. Only four streets from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach is a 10-minute stroll from the apartment and 15 minutes away to the main ‘Nice Ville’ train station. Grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few minutes of your front door.


This holiday apartment is located in a typical French building with balconies. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a small two-person lift.

The windows are original French ones.


The living area is airy and spacious. It is decorated with colourful Matisse prints, the high ceilings and six full length windows flood the room with wonderful Nicois sunshine. The two sofas offer plenty of seating for six, along with a comfortable, high-qulaity sofa bed mattress.

The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably

There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock.

There is also a separate air-conditioning unit in the living room.


The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. It is fully stocked with cookware to inspire the budding French chef in you. You'll have plenty of space and amenities to cook up your best meal yet!

The dining area is separate and centrally located in the apartment. It can seat five to six comfortably.


The main bedroom isadorned with pretty prints and has a 160cm British king size bed. It has two bedside tables, reading lamps, and a wardrobe for storage space.

The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and some additional storage space for belongings.

Both bedrooms have private access to their own balconies with tables and chairs just waiting to be enjoyed for a sunny breakfast or an evening aperitif. They also have individually controlled air conditioning systems.


The recently renovated bathroom is decorated in relaxing cornflower blue tiles. It has a bath with shower and two mirrors with his and her hand basins. No toilet.

There is a separate water closet with toilet.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Absolutely beautiful and very spacious apartment in a convenient location. 5 mins to the beach, and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Cannot recommend sunlight properties enough -brilliant, friendly service and always on hand to help. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making our holiday so smooth.

Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Monté Carlo are all within 30 minutes away by car, bus or train. Should you want to travel by bus, you can go in any of those directions for just 1.50 Euro. A bargain!

Nice is always hosting events from the Carnival to concerts of international fame.

Should you prefer daylight activity, shops, restaurants, museums or simply laying on the beach will be available to you...

Nice is both a summer resort, with seven kilometers of beach and the 'Promenade des Anglais', and a cosmopolitan city with year-round festivals and activities. From gastronomic French restaurants to the Carnival in February, there is something for everyone.

If you like skiing during the winter there is a ski resort a short hour away, which can make for a great day trip during the winter.

Should there be more than 4 people staying in this two bed apartment, you will need extra linens for the sofa pull out bed. The charge for additional linens, two bath towels and a bath mat is €58.00. This charge is "extra" and will be invoiced separately - on top of rental payment.

No security deposit required on the Home Away platform. A 500€ security deposit is held on a valid credit card, directly by sunlight properties, upon arrival. Much like a hotel, the amount is held and not charged, unless damage is found upon departure.
By making a booking, you accept the Sunlight Properties terms and conditions.

Booking longer than 8 weeks ahead of stay, 25% non-refundable booking deposit required.
Booking under 8 weeks ahead of stay, Full Payment required (minus a cash arrival fee to be paid during handover of keys).
