A lovely home from home villa set in its own terraced garden, with a private swimming pool and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Located in the Piachi area of Moraira.

Privately owned since 2004 and much loved by the owners who have refurbished it for themselves but wish to share it with you.

On arrival at the remote controlled secure metal gate you park off road. Walking past the swimming pool and up the stairs to the house you come to the front door and enter into the lovely Naya which has glass curtains, table and comfy chairs. Double doors lead into the sitting room which has 2 settees, tables and Flat screen TV SKY DVD. WIFI. A second set of double patio doors open out on to a large terrace with webber BBQ. Exterior table and chairs plus sun loungers.

A fitted modern designer kitchen having granite tops, dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge freezer cooker, microwave, utensils etc.

A hall way leads to the master bedroom with dual air conditioning which has an en-suite shower room & doors to a separate terrace. Also off the hall way there are two other bedrooms also with Air conditioning and family bathroom.

The private swimming pool which is 8 x 5 metres has a sunbathing terrace around it with sun loungers. There is another terrace with table and chairs and more sun loungers.

Bikes and walking: It is possible to hire bikes and ride to town which the owners love to do. Walking to Moraira is not recommended as pavements are few and far between.

The Villa is adjacent to the Moraira - Benitachell road approx. 1/4 of a mile from Villotell on the Moraira side. Situated about two kilometres from the beach and town. The villa enjoys lovely views of the Moraira plain. The nearest shops at the European Centre or Mercadona are about 1/2 kilometre away, with the Moonlighters bar 1 minutes walk and Pan y Pan Jamon, Jamon at Sol Park 5 minutes. Sol Park tennis club and Brevis mini golf and children's play park are just down the road. Mid week linen change included in the price.

Perfect Holiday Villa

This was our 6th visit to this fabulous villa. The property is very clean and well maintained. The inside and outside alike are very well kept and updated. There is plenty of room for outside dining, and the pool is very clean. I certainly would recommend a visit.

Lovely villa, great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Moraira at this lovely Villa. 3 good sized bedrooms with air con. Everything you need in the villa including items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, bucket & spade).

We loved the private pool and actually spent all but 1 day of our holiday lazing about the pool which is lovely. The beach is really nice in Moraira but you will need to drive. Also we spent an afternoon in the shopping mall/centre which is only a short drive away - my eldest daughter likes to shop & it does have everything! Coral & Ray were very helpful & were round to the villa in 10 mins when we had a small problem with the hot water which was quickly sorted. Brevis Restaurant is very close to the Villa & has entertainment for children...it is like an outdoor Wacky Warehouse but better...food not amazing and quite expensive but worth a visit with young ones. Also there is a small strip of bars & eateries on the way in to Moraira (german & English) we visited both when we did not want to go too far. The only negative was that Moonlighters which is at the end of the road ( so would have been ideal for a lazy night) was a little odd and did not have much atmosphere....i would give this a miss if i am honest. Plenty of bars & restaurants for every taste and price in Moraira centre. All of which are within walking distance. We will definitely return to the villa & this lovely area! Thank you

Second time we have visited this villa, and it was even better than the first time it is very clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The owners have now installed air conditioning which was lovely as the weather was extremely hot. Restaurants and bars in Moraira are all lovely and have never been disappointed when eating out which we did every night.

Coral the manager has always been very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend this villa and it's location to any one wishing for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Would definitely return.

Third stay at this property. many changes from last year, more open in the back terrace and wider drive for easier parking.

The villa is excellent, everything you could wish for. Very clean and well maintained. The walk into Moraira is approx 30 mins, 10 mins by car, there are a number of bars/restaurants within a short walk. Tennis courts/crazy golf about 10 mins walk.

Manager always on hand if you run into difficulty even of a personal nature.

Have no problem in recommending this property to anyone.

Tranquility and comfort

My family and I spent our holiday in this house twice. We love this house, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the kitchen is new and fully equipped, the beds in the rooms are very comfortable, the terraces are wonderful ...

In addition, Coral is very attentive and her service is perfect.

Probably the best villa I have ever stayed in

Lovely villa set up slightly the hillside away from the main road, very clean and well maintained, lovely balcony with great views over Moraira. Nice clean pool. 5 mins drive from town, 2 mins drive from local shops, go karting or crazy golf. Me and the kids had a great time, though Tuesday nights Kareoke in town got the better of the wife!

Not sure really we went to view the house loved it and bought it, We have extended it bedroom and bathroom wise and added terraces more parking. The kitchen has also been refurbished now so perfect for us.

The villa is 2 kilometres from the town and L'Amplona beach. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept its charm & feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town & the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

Other Activities: Internation Go-Karting Track for all levels 5 min drive.

Golf: Club Ifach is a 5 minuute drive from the house. It is an 9 whole course. There are 8 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa. More information on request.

  • The villa is situated about a 2 miles from the beach and town, it enjoys lovely views of the Moraira plain. It has a large sitting room with open fire, Satellite TV, video and hi-fi. American style well equipped and recently refurbished kitchen, with cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. Washing machine. Three bedrooms one is en-suite. The master bedroom suite also has it's own terrace. (The master en-suite and second bathroom being built early 2004). There is also a Naya (enclosed outside terrace) which is ideal for eating al fresco plus the barbecue terrace. In total there are three sunbathing terraces plus the sunbathing area around the pool. One terrace has the built in barbecue, with patio furniture and sun loungers. Another leads off the master suite and the third in the back garden. Limited interior dining.
