About the host

We are very committed with my wife in Perigord. For professional reasons we had to move away, but of course we wanted to keep the old family property for the benefit of our children, grandchildren and more broadly those who appreciate us as peace, the sweetness of life of this region who knew how to seduce men for millennia.

Why they chose this property

This family home is a haven of peace. We benefit every year, and have arranged for her to meet the needs of the greatest number. That is why we will have built the pool that continues to delight young and old.

What makes this property unique

Located near Sarlat, in a large quiet and relaxing property you have stunning views of surrounding countryside. 1.7km to the village you find all the amenities: baker, grocer, post office, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket etc ... Within a radius of 7km you have 4 large local market with all regional products (poultry, vegetables, cheese, porcini mushrooms, liver bold, local pastry etc ...). The most famous takes place every Sunday morning in ST Cyprien. within 15km you have more than twenty cultural sites to discover relating to prehistoric times, the middle ages and 100 year war, (castles (Beynac, Castelnaud ...), country houses (Domme, Villefranche du Périgord...), castles (Milandes ...) ), caves (Grand Roc, Rouffignac...) sinkholes (Proumeyssac...) , rivers aquariums (Bugue) , villages reconstituted with all the tools of the early 20th century (Bugue) .
All around the house many hiking trails / small roads used to take walks overlooking the valley of the Dordogne River. The pebble beach is 1.8 km and the pool allow you to relax and unwind at leisure.
