Zentral gelegene FeWo

Zum zweiten Mal, innerhalb kürzester Zeit, buchte ich die FeWo für einen Urlaub in der sächsischen Schweiz. Gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung, mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und einer Küchenzeile im Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist top. Direkt gegenüber der Kirschnitztalbahn. Mit der Gästecard durfte man diese gratis nutzen.

Fake-Fotos, Unterkunft aber vorhanden

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Appartment vor Ort. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich und erklärte, dass er seine Appartments nicht bei fewo-direkt inseriert. Finger weg! Besser direkt bei saxonia-Appartments buchen.

Unterkunft nicht wie beschrieben ! - mangelhafte Sauberkeit!

Die Unterkunft beim buchen (Fotos im Internet) hat nicht mit der Unterkunft die wir vor Ort erhalten haben übereingestimmt. Man sollte schon die Unterkunft erhalten die man auf den Fotos gesehen und sich deshalb für diese entschieden hat erhalten... Auf Rückfrage beim Vermieter vor Ort teilte dieser uns mit, dass die Vermittlung keine genau Unterkunft (nur Unterkunft mit Balkon für 2 Perosnen) angegeben hat und wir daher irgendeine der freien vorhandenen bekommen haben. Die FeWo die wir erhalten haben war okay, jedoch war der Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich sowie das Bad wesentlich kleiner als die Wohnung die wir eigentlich gebucht haben. Es gab keine Terrasse, dafür allerdings einen Balkon. Ein DVD- und CD-Player und eine HiFi Anlage war ebenso wie ein Safe nicht zu finden (allerdings war dies im Inserat so aufgeführt). Das Bad war nicht wie beschrieben ans Schlafzimmer angeschlossen und es gab auch keine Badewanne. Ebenfalls war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft, der Boden war voller Haare, Krümmel und Staub von den Vorgängern. Auch am Backofenglas waren noch "frische" Essensreste... Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben wurde der Boden am zweiten Tag allerdings nochmal gereinigt. Wir sind enttäuscht und werden daher nicht wieder über diese Vermittlung eine Unterkunft buchen. Grund: Produkt nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben... für den Preis pro Nacht erwarten wir auch die Unterkunft zu kriegen die man auf den Fotos gebucht hat !
