BEAUSEJOUR is a traditional Perigord style house, with its own pool and garden, providing comfortable accomodation for up to 10 guests.

Newly furnished and well equipped it also has the benefit of electric central heating and log fire making it perfect for winter lets.

The house has three large double bedrooms and a kids bedroom (with two bunkbeds and a double bed), making it ideal for families and couples traveling together.

Set at a short walking distance from the busy center of the medieval village of St Cyprien, you'll enjoy the shops; restaurants and lively weekly market.

Downstairs:
- The nicely furnished bedroom has its own private shower-room and toilet.
- Next door, there is a utility room with a washing machine.

Groundfloor:
- The large kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, and both gas and electric hotplates, and is fully equipped.
- The attractive living room contains two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and television with dvd player and hi fi sound system for you to enjoy and relax. It has French doors which lead to a large terrace. The stunning views of the medieval village and the countryside all around make a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset!
- The second double bedroom has also a bathroom with toilet just next door.

Upstairs:
The third double bedroom can easily fit a cot if required.
The last bedroom comprises two bunkbeds and a sofa bed and can sleep up to 5 children
Between the bedrooms, there is another shower room with toilet.
Below the house : washing machine + spare fridge

OUTSIDE DESCRIPTION:
But it is probably outside, near the 4x8m private swimming pool (open from June till the end of September) where you will spend most of your time.
The pool is equipped with lots of deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols, for you to relax and to enjoy the stunning view.
It is secured with an hard cover to prevent young children coming in on their own.

A great house and location

Great house and location with beautiful new pool. It suited our family very well. The place is very private and has a great view. I would happily reccommend. The dishwasher did not clean very well and the pillows were hard but these are minor first world problems!

Not up to expectations

We have stayed in many properties in Europe and this has to be one of the most disappointing. On the positive side, the house is situated with great views of the Dordogne overlooking Saint-Cyprien. It is easily accessible by car to all the major sites. However, the following issues made it a disapointment. 1. The cleanliness of the property was poor. Many cobwebs, spiders and dust were evident particulary in the lower bedroom. 2. The lower bedroom has no internet access. The rest of the house is fine, however. 3. There was a cat on the premises who was very aggressive in trying to get into the house and made it diffucult to eat outside. It would constantly jump on the table looking for food. We could not open the door without quickly trying to shut it as it was always looking to get into the house. We felt very sorry for this cat and it was obviously lonely and hungry, but it detracted greatly the enjoyment of our moving around the property. 4. For this trip, we stayed in 4 gites and this was the only one that made us take our garbage to the local school where there was a recyling depot. It was not a big deal but if we are paying a good amount to stay, I would think their service woud do it. 5. This was also the only gite we stayed in that didn't have beds made. We also had to strip our beds at the end of the stay and put them in bags for cleaning. We had a fabulous trip through France with 3 of 4 gites that were spectacular. This one left us disappointed.

Agréable séjour en famille

Maison agréable, au calme et bien située pour visiter la région. Dommage que la piscine soit à l’ombre en fin d’après-midi. Nous avons passé la majeure partie du temps à l’extérieur et pas utilisé la salle/salon, cette pièce manque de chaleur, meubles disparates et deco quelconque.

belle situation

Location bien située par rapport aux visites, au calme et bien exposée. Adaptée à nos besoins et bien équipée. Indépendance des chambres appréciée. Personnel de "en toutes saisons" très chaleureux, sérieux et disponible. Petites difficultés pour trouver la location, mais résolues avec l'aide d'une personne de l'agence, et ce au delà de 18h. Suggestions : les oreillers sont un peu durs et épais, le sèche-cheveux n'a été trouvé que le dernier jour lors du rangement dans un sac au fond de l'armoire de l'entrée, il aurait été plus à sa place dans l'une des SDB.

séjour très agréable en périgord

propriété conforme à la description, la piscine est en bon état vue magnifique sur le village et la vallée. la cuisine mériterait d'être rafraîchie (éléments qui date (plaque électrique, four...) excellent accueil et disponibilité des loueurs.
