It is completely rebuilt from scratch south facing and very quiet in a listed building and 2 steps from the Marais district and the beautiful halls.

Two bedrooms one with a bed 160 X 200 and with bath balneo bathroom, and the other with double bed of 140 X 190 with shower room.
There is wifi and internet and cable channels, 4 superb flat screens, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker hood, induction hob, fridge and freezer.
For your convenience a Nespresso machine, with refills, and all kitchen utensils.
The linen is provided and spotless.
In summary superb new apartment furnished with taste, southern, quiet superb location, with the luxury of a 4 star hotel.
Everything is new and very clean.
The guard of the building is charming, and the neighborhood also. The Les Halles neighborhood is beautiful and lively evening with very good restaurants.

Beautiful appartment in a great location

A wonderful appartment in a great location. Monoprix is literally around the corner. Perfect for 4 people and the perfect place to celebrate Christmas.. Rosa, the caretaker is super friendly too and couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend this appartment. Be careful not to take too much in your suitcase though as this appartment is on 4th floor.

Great location and nice apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location- convenient for transport links as well as central enough to be able to walk to many places of interest. The apartment is in a lovely quiet courtyard and is pleasant enough and spotlessly clean but the fixtures and fittings are basic and the kitchen contents are fairly limited if you want to cook. It was a shame that the advertised DVD was not there although not a serious problem. The second bedroom is a little cramped and the apartment would suit a family better than 2 couples. The owner and housekeeper were very nice and easy to deal with. I would recommend it as a very good base with limitations - but we will probably look elsewhere for our next visit as we have previously experienced better comfort and value for money in Paris.

Clean, modern & comfortable in great location

The apartment was in a great location and met all our needs. The host was extremely responsive to our texts when we had difficulty with the wifi but once we figured out which was the hub (which is is also the tv box FYI :)) and re started it, it worked fine. We would certainly go back. Enjoy your stay!

Exquisite Property!

So far the best place I've stayed in Paris, the apartment was clean and tidy and newly renovated, everything was within close proximity. The owners are absolutely wonderful people!
