In the summer, the large, secluded, sunny garden (100-80 sq m) provides a safe play area for children.

Located within 30 minutes of two of the largest ski areas in the world, Pralognan has plenty to offer the winter sports enthusiast.

Paradiski is a simple 15 minutes drive away and Courchevel and the Trois Vallees can be reached in 30 minutes.

Within Pralognan itself there is a multitude to do from beautiful walks and snow shoeing in the winter setting through to the adrenalin rush gained from ski mountaineering and alpine downhill skiing.The apartment benefits from its own large, secluded, sunny garden (approx 100 - 80 square metres) which in the summer also offers some shade and is a safe play area for children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with spectacular mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Quiet and peaceful, with a compact ski area suitable for Beginners and Intermediates yet only fifteen minutes drive from the larger resorts of the world famous Trois Vallees and Paradiski. The village is often referred to as one of the French Alps best kept secrets. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and a number of excellent restaurants for eating out.

The area has plenty to offer outdoor sports enthusiasts at any time of the year.

Perfect family apartment.

Fantastic week skiiing at Hogmanay 2016! Cosy well equipped apartment, quiet location with an easy stroll to the village centre. Nigel's directions were spot on, just like a grown up treasure trail...

Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine a la résidence les alpages de Pralognan dans un appartement qui correspondait bien a la description de l'annonce appartement très propre et agréable avec son petit jardin très appréciable au retour de randonnée de se reposer dans les transats au soleil. résidence propre et bien entretenue proche du village avec de bon restaurants donc un en particuliers ou l'on vous sert des spécialités montagnard Les Fontanettes situé au départ de chemin randonnée .

nous remerçions l'agence qui a su gérer la petite contrainte nous recommandons au vacanciers cette petite résidence

Located 800m from the resort centre, the Residences 'Les Alpages de Pralognan' offers peace and quiet for nature lovers, and is close to the slopes (200m). It is a spacious, high-comfort apartment built in the local Savoie style.

Savoie is a beautiful mountainous area in the French Alps and Pralognan is situated in the amazing Vanoise National Park. The views in every direction are absolutely stunning and this area truly offers the best a mountain holiday can offer. This is probably one of the most complete all round holiday destinations you could wish for. The climate is warm (mid-high 20s) and dry in the summer and usually much more comfortable than on the south coast consequently you can really be as active as you want. The winter offers a long snow sure season when you can indulge in a vast range of snow sports in areas such as the world famous Three Valleys or Paradiski or simply relax in warm comfortable surroundings.

Aside from all the sports and activities on offer in and around Pralognan, there are also beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area. The historic town of Annecy is a super place approximately one hour's drive away and is lovely for a day out as it boasts a gorgeous lake with sailing, canoeing, waterskiing etc. The Fete du Lac in early August with its spectacular firework display is well worth attending. For the wine lover visit the Savoie vineyards near Chambery. All in all this is one of the most beautiful places on earth with mountains towering on all sides, lakeside beaches, restaurants, cafes, impressive lakes and a wide Range of interesting villages and towns to visit including Prioux, Champagny Le Haut, Annecy, Chambery, Aix les Bains, Grenoble, Lyon Geneva .
