This luxurious two bedroom (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom) apartment is literally as central as it gets.

Located right on the cross road between north bridge and the royal mile, absolutely everything that the City of Edinburgh can provide is on your door step.

Only 0.5 mile away to both the Edinburgh castle on east side of the royal mile and the Holyrood Palace, the Queen's summer residence on the west. Not to mention all the fantastic restaurants and bars on the royal mile and old town area.

Simply walk across the north bridge (0.2 mile) then you find yourself on Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street and one of the major thoroughfares in central Edinburgh,

Two minutes walk to Edinburgh Waverley train station and 5 minutes walk to the soon to arrive tram station.

You simply won't find a better and more convenient location.

The third floor two bedroom apartment is furnished and decorated to the highest standard and is a very comfortable base for your visit to Edinburgh and Scotland. Please take a look at the gallery for some photos taken.

Master bedroom has a double bed and second bedroom can be arranged either in form of double bed or twin room.

Free wifi and cable HDTV provided as well as a home cinema audio system.

There is a lift to the property within the building.

Concierge service available on the ground floor for free.

There is an NCP multi-storey car park nearby which is open Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm.

Lovely location, clean well presented and beautifully furnished apartment

Lifts a great asset after walking all over, this is a beautiful apartment In a prime location, the boiler is noisy when the water is run is the only negative of this lovely place. The beds are so comfy and the bedrooms are gorgeous each with a flat screen tv. The owner was great sending emails with details of the mangager if we had any problems . Would definitely come back.👏👏

Did not live up to the hype.

We were so excited about this apartment. But when we arrived it only had one set of keys. There were four of us and if one couple left we either were locked into the apartment or had to leave the door unlocked. Plus, if there was a fire you had to find the key and unlock the door to get.

There were no directions in the apartment for anything.

Mold around the bathtub. Could not use the Jacuzzi. One of the jets were missing. Had to wait to flush the toilet.

Excellent location

Apartment spacious, clean and very central for the Old and New Town and walking distance from Train station.

On the downside, no one was there to meet us at reception on our arrival, but found cleaner in the Apartment who allowed us to drop our bags and handed us a key.

Would definitely re-book and stay there again.

Awesome Flat and location

The Apartment was very spacious and clean, centrally located and close to restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. Very quiet and private also the building has elevators which is much better than climbing flights of stairs with luggage or groceries. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Edinburgh from Canada.

Lovely apartment - great location!

We had a fantastic 6 day stay in this very nice, well appointed apartment, in the best possible location - an easy walk from Waverley station and just around the corner from the Royal Mile and all the Ed Fringe activity happening there. The beds were very comfortable and the overall standard of the apartment was very good. The owner was most helpful, met us at the property and was easy to reach by phone/text if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations

The bottom line: This place is a Wow! Not only is it beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located, everything was handled perfectly.

It's in a historical building, which gives it flavor. It's at the center of things, literally. At the same time, it's quiet, cozy and comfortable.

I could go on, but you shouldn't waste any more time reading, you should push the "rent it now" button before someone else grabs it.
