The Pier penthouse sits at the head of this waterfront development and enjoys the privileged position where the renowned King’s Hotel once stood, on the Prince of Wales Pier. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, a light and airy open-plan living area and a very special balcony, this generous apartment offers the ideal base from which to explore the delights of the maritime town of Falmouth

The ground floor of the penthouse has a stunning master bedroom with 3 picture windows from which to take in the views across the water to Flushing, this is the perfect place to wake up! This room also benefits from a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom comprising W.C. and separate power shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed and is decorated in the same classic, pale colour scheme as the master a patio door opens out onto a balcony area with table and chairs. A family bathroom with W.C., deep bath with power shower is also located on this floor.

The stairs from the ground floor rise to reveal a spectacular open plan living area with numerous windows all of which enjoy views across Falmouth Bay. 2 large sofas provide a relaxed seating area at the heart of the apartment, while the huge window sheet with cushions is a great place to relax with a book or simply watch the comings and goings of the harbour. A flat screen and WiFi are here at your disposal should you decide to spend an evening away from the temptation of Falmouth’s restaurants and bars.

The kitchen area of the Penthouse echoes the fresh feel of the rest of this lovely apartment. The owners have equipped it to a high standard, providing an integrated dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer. A wooden dining table with six chairs completes the sleek, contemporary look of this room.

Perhaps the stand-out feature of is the central balcony which overlooks the harbour and offers mesmerising views of the scenes on the water beyond.

Falmouth’s wealth of water sports activities, historical and cultural jewels, restaurants and boutiques are just a short stroll from this fabulous apartment and the rest of this glorious county can be easily explored by ferry or by car – an allocated parking space is provided.

Guests are advised that this is a second floor apartment accessed via a stairway and is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility.

The town centre location does mean that on occasion some background noise will inevitably be audible.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 16 years of age at this property.

This really was an amazing penthouse - secure parking behind electric gates and so close to the water that you felt you were floating! The views are spectacular and the apartment is well equipped and extremely clean. Definitely one to recommend.
