In a gated and well maintained enjoy this recently newly equipped apartment on the ground floor with sea views from the living room and terrace and direct access to the beach within 50 meters.
The sandy beach can perfect its bronzing but also to get in the shade.
The town of Mold is an active place of life or mixture and local tourists and where you will find the only maraicher market the island as well as the best chicken Boucané.
Mold also has a surf spot and another windsurfing / kitesurfing and is within 20 minutes of St. Francis and the tip of castles.

D'accord, voici une version plu Salut à tous 🌞, Juste un petit mot pour dire un grand merci au propriétaire, et à Marina la super hôte de l'appart où nous avons séjourné à Le Moule, Guadeloupe. Emplacement top, confort au max et une rénovation qui rend le séjour inoubliable. Si vous partez en Guadeloupe, c'est l'adresse à ne pas manquer ! Merci encore pour cette expérience géniale Je recommande 👍

Le top, joli,agréable,bien situé, spacieux, propre, belles vacances 😉

Appartement bien refait. Impeccable et bien propre .la wifi fonctionne a merveille. L'emplacement au bord de la mer est très agréables et proche de la joli plage avec bons resto pas cher .marina a été une hôte parfaite toujours dispo.(petit bémol pour le matelas trop fin et pas assez confortable a mon goût et oreiller trop fin ) Noys avons passés un excellent séjour, je le conseille.

Séjour mitigé…

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement, la sécurité des lieux et la vue. La plage de l’Autre Bord est près, agréable avec ses petits restos sympathiques. Le logis aurait besoin de beaucoup d’amour : peinture défraîchie, lustres crasseux, articles de cuisine minimaliste, bbq rouillé, literie en lambeau. Le wifi est inexistant et heureusement le proprio a fourni du Data à volonté pour le partage de connexion. Malgré tout nous avons passé un beau séjour, heureusement nous ne sommes pas trop « princesses » et le proprio devra investir si il veut rester un « hôte de choix ».

Appartement sale et mal entretenu

La résidence et l' appartement sont bien placés; dommage que l' appartement soit si mal entretenu : à l' arrivé, ménage très approximatif, un unique plat retrouvé sale dans le four; four non nettoyé et complétement encrassé. Des sièges autour de la table bar de cuisine, rouillés, bloqués en position haute maximum, ne se réglant plus. Pas de lumière dans la cuisine ( juste un petite ampoule) hotte de cuisine non nettoyée, les ampoules de la hotte ne fonctionnent pas. Appartement globalement trés mal éclairé. La vaisselle est vraiment limitée au strict minimum. Dans la salle de bain, un porte serviettes arraché et un autre sur le point de tomber, plafonnier ne fonctionne pas. Dans la chambre des oreillers "dégueulasses", à jeter à la poubelle. Sur la terrasse, une table basse également très sale, pleine de gras et de brulures, un barbecue rouillé plein de cendre. Cet appartement nécessite d' être repris complétement pour correspondre aux critères de location actuels. Je tiens les photos à votre disposition et espère que ce commentaire sera adressé au propriétaire pour qu' il puisse corriger tout cela. Au départ nous n' avons pas pu échanger avec quelqu'un ; en effet il n' y a pas eu d' état des lieux de sortie et nous avons remis les clés dans la boite. Comme nous sommes des gens honnêtes et propres, nous avons laissé l' appartement plus propre que nous l' avons trouvé...

mauvais entretien de l'appartement, et manque criant de vaisselle

emplacement idéal mais l'aménagement intérieur et son entretien laisse vraiment à désirer (ampoules grillées, fenêtre ne fonctionnant pas , tabourets de bar rouillés, traces de termites, plaque de cuisson très abimée, vaisselle très insuffisante même pas un saladier ! couteaux abimés , 18 verres de 8 sortes ! porte-serviettes très...avachi ! )
