Modern furnished T3 on the 1st floor of an old building with elevator. Renovated and new apartment . Consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which is on a very quiet courtyard with large sliding cupboard. Living room with decorative fireplace and American kitchen area (oven, extractor, ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of storage). Italian bathroom and separate WC. Electric heating and hot water. Parquet in all rooms Double glazing. Natural ventilation through windows on 2 sides of the building; several portable fans. Washing machine and dryer. Wireless . TV in the living room, screen in one bedroom.

Nice apartment in a good area, with some issues

This apartment is just as the pictures display, and the location is great in a nice and quiet area. However, be aware that the elevator is really tiny. Also, the stairs are quite narrow. This combination makes it impossible to fit a stroller in the elevator, and very hard to get up and down the stairs, thus cannot recommend this apartment for familys with small children. The bathroom is well equipped, but the shower drain did not work during our visit, which caused water problems in the building and limited our ability to use the shower.

Another good experience

This is our third long stay in this apartment. It is well-located, quiet and convenient, roomy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything, including the excellent washer and dryer, works perfectly. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this may be the best. Thanks to Isabele for accommodating us.

Nice Apartment, Quiet, Good Value

We stayed for 2 weeks. The Apartment was comfortable, It is off of any main roads, so it is quiet. It is on the 1st floor, so just up one flight of stairs. The main bedroom is good size and has a desk. The second bedroom off the living room is small, but can work. There is a table with chairs, and a bar to eat at. The kitchen is functional, although, we didn't do any real cooking, we did eat some meals there. Isabelle is pretty good at responding to questions. We had a little difficulty getting in at first. There is a mailbox with a lockbox with the key in it. Also, the TV didn't work, she had her nephew come and check it out, there was a cable missing. I liked the fact that the toilet and shower were separate, but the toilet is right next to the table so not a lot of privacy there. We also used the washer and dryer. The dryer you have to empty the water that accumulates, I've never seen this before, but if you don't do this your clothes won't get dry. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a very good value for the money. We walked everywhere from here. 20-25 minutes to the old town.

This apartment has everything!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a month and it lacked nothing. The location was convenient to the train station, had a grocery across the street, a short walk to Les Halls de Paul Bocuse, not far from Presqu’Ile and the old city and was quiet during the night. The kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever had outside of my home, the shower was wonderful and both beds were very comfortable. We found several outstanding restaurants a short walk from the apartment so not necessary to go across the river if one is tired from walking. You don’t have massive flights of stairs, or traboules to get to this apartment either which we appreciated after a long day of touring. (If you haven’t been to Lyon, know that there are LOTS of stairs in several neighborhoods.) We had a friend stay with us for a few nights and felt there was enough privacy with the apartment layout. Cannot recommend enough!
