Pleasant T2 of 44 m2 not overlooked located 300 m from the Casino de la Baule and Benoît Beach and overlooking a garden of 400 m2. (Private entrance from the garden)

Completely renovated at the end of 2015, the apartment overlooks this landscaped garden which you can enjoy for your lunch or dinner outside. (garden reserved for two apartments only and delimited by hedges)

It includes a bedroom of 12 m2, a living room (25m2) with flat screen and DVD player, an equipped kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, microwave-oven, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster ...) a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. The bathroom has a washing machine.

Very bright apartment because facing south with high ceilings of 3.20 m in height. 5 mins walk from the sea, 15 mins from La Baule market and Avenue De Gaulle.

We ask you for a deposit of 400 € by check not cashed on arrival and we will return it to you on your departure.

La Baule Bliss!

Had a great time with family at this lovely flat in a nice quiet location in La Baule. Contact with Arthur, the owner, was quick and cordial. Everything was as it should be and as described. Would love to stay here again!

T2 bien placé. Rdc immeuble mais petit escalier. Proche de la plage et des commerces . Appartement très calme.

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement est bien situé, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il manque seulement un peu de vaisselle (couverts, tasses et mugs) pour optimiser le lave vaisselle. Je recommande fortement.
