New apartment of 120 sqm on the 2nd floor of a residence of the seventeenth century. You will have a charming private courtyard and a pool to cool off.
This charming village of Vaunage is 30 minutes from Nîmes, Montpellier, the beaches Grau of the King and the Grand Motte. You will be only 45 'the Pont du Gard and Uzes and the Cevennes gorges.
A greenway allows you to go to Sommieres (8km) safely. In the village, there is an outdoor municipal pool in 15 'walk from the house. A typical market is held every Sunday morning in the village center.
All shops and a lovely Sunday market is 5 minutes walk

Capacity 6-10 sleeps.
- 2 large bedrooms: 1 double with 160 bed and 1 twin with 2 beds 90 and mezzanine (3 beds). Each room has its own bathroom with private bathroom.
- An equipped kitchen cooking plate, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
- A living room of 30m² (with 2 seater sofa and 1 bed 80) equipped TV.
- A veranda-covered dining room of 30m².
- A large 8m balcony with stunning views over the rooftops and the hills.
- A third separate toilet and laundry with washing machine complete the package.

The linen is provided (beds not made), cleaning done on arrival- TV and WIFI are available.

Super séjour
Propriétaires très chouettes, accueillants et disponibles. L appartement est spacieux, très lumineux et propre. Calvisson est très bien situé à 50 minutes de la mer et à 20 Minutes de Nîmes. Plein de belles choses à visiter aux alentours.

Un charmant village et une location de qualité
Mireille et Alain nous on accueillit avec chaleur et de nombreux renseignements sur toutes les activités de leur belle région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec le centre-ville de Calvisson (commerces bars et restaurants accessibles à pied ). La location est parfaite avec tous les équipements souhaitables, une magnifique demeure en pierres et de très beaux volumes de pièces. Seul petit bémol, il faut grimper au 2ème étage, mais cela est vite oublié grâce à la vue superbe sur les toits et les collines de Calvisson. A recommander sans hésitation !!

une propriete a l image de ses proprietaires: accueillante !!!
l appartement est tres bien. alain et mireille avaient eu la delicate attention de nous mettre des ventilateurs, mais je crois que la clim est prevue. tres joli clos tres bien restaure, une cour totalement accessible avec le bassin tres agreable. calvisson est tres central si vous voulez bouger. un sejour qui nous a agreablement change les idees. ps pour la boucherie descendez 100 m la viande est de super qualite et le prix correct. pour le pain privilegier la boulangerie en face de la poste, croissants maison....
