Charming wooden house located 600 m from the city center and 300 m from the beach of Trestrignel (one of the main beaches of Perros-Guirec) and Pors ar Goret (small sandy beach in a quiet area).

The house can accommodate 5 holidaymakers, has two bedrooms, a beautiful flower garden in a property with trees and with sea views.

The house, facing south, is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace and all modern comforts.

In winter, the wood stove will warm your evenings ... in summer, the barbecue will brighten up ...

We have an umbrella bed for the little ones and a high chair.

A delightful quiet oasis yet close to beaches and town

A charming stylish well-equipped property with a lovely private garden. The owner is a great combination of being helpful and friendly, yet unobtrusive. An excellent base for exploring this beautiful area.

Beautiful house and gardens. Lovely location with nice sea views.

Very welcoming host and the property is lovely. Very clean and tidy. Lovely decoration and furnishings. Perfect for us, family of 4 with kids aged 3 and 7 years. Walk to the town not too far and beaches nearby too. Would recommend. Lots to do in the local area.

A week of wonderful weather to enjoy Bretagne

Everything about our week in Perros-Guirec was superb as were treated to some special weather - unbroken sunshine and long days where it was light until 10:30pm . The house has everything you need and some special touches to make it more homely. The decking, grill and the garden were perfect for us for making the most of living outside & the area is very quiet. We visited all of the local beaches, did some sea-kayaking and enjoyed the trip out to the seven isles to see the magnificent home of hundreds of birds. The town itself has a great market on Thursdays and we were impressed by the range of small shops that still survive in this age of mass supermarkets. Alexandra is really the perfect hostess and did everything she could to accommodate our requests (arrival time). Although she and her family live right next door, they are 100% respectful of their guests' privacy. I would thoroughly recommend this home and the location for a great seaside holiday.
