Vue exceptionnelle

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très propre et fonctionnel très bien équipé. Un bow-window avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan. Vraiment proche de tous les commerces donc pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture.

Beau logement propre très bien situé

Le logement est idéalement placé face à la mer, à proximite immédiate du centre et de ses commerces. Il est très propre (critère important pour nous), bien aménagé, complet en ce qui concerne le mobilier et les équipements ménagers. C'est le logement parfait pour un couple. A noter quand même qu'un boulevard passe devant l'immeuble, pouvant parfois occasionner un peu de bruit (ainsi que d'ailleurs les noctambules sur la plage), mais cest la contrepartie à accepter eu égard à l'emplacement !

Bel appartement très confortable avec vue sur la mer. Très bien situé, proche du marché et des commerces et l'indispensable à la Baule, "le parking sous la résidence".
