This traditional French duplex apartment in a chalet and its verdant surroundings are the ideal space for 10 holidaymakers to explore the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region of France.

The spacious lounge is the perfect place to relax. Sink into one of the comfortable sofas and enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace or one of the great amenities on offer, including a big screen TV, DVD player and WiFi.

The modern kitchen has all the appliances necessary to cook up a feast of local ingredients. You can enjoy your meals around the stylish dining table which seats 12 or outside on the furnished terrace.

You are ensured a great night’s sleep in one of the four comfortable bedrooms. Two feature double beds, the third has two single beds and a lofted double bed, and the fourth bedroom sports a single bed and one set of bunk beds. Two children’s cots are available upon request. There are also two full bathrooms for freshening up in. The first floor bathroom has a shower, while the second floor bathroom features a bathtub. Each floor is additionally equipped with a separate WC.

Fans, central heating and a wood stove will keep you comfortable year-round. A washing machine, dryer and ironing centre are provided for your convenience. Towels, linen, end cleaning and the local tourist tax are all included in the rental fee.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Smoking is permitted outside only and pets may be welcome upon request. Please note, the owner keeps one dog on site.

Surrounded by mountains and valleys, this apartment and nearby Briançon offer a wide range of activities, including hiking, skiing and thermal spas. Keep in mind that the best way to access the apartment is by car. If you do not have your own transportation, the owner will be happy to pick you up from the train station.

Golfers can tee off at Montgenèvre Golf Course, just 15 kilometres away, and those wishing to ski will be pleased to find Serre Chevalier at 4 kilometres. You’ll also have superb restaurants, bars and supermarkets within 4 kilometres of your door.
