About this property

This lovely house is distributed in two floors. In the main floor our visitors will find a kitchen with american bar, a beautiful dining room with a stunning sea views terrace. Upwards, in the second floor 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom are available for our beloved guests.

Located in one of the most ancient natural harbours of Spain, Cala Figuera.

An extremely peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and chilling out.

Our guests will have to leave their vehicle at an upwards car park and access to the property through lovely stairway.

Traditional property

It was lovely looking out onto to the water and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and watching all of the activity. I would say that you need to be fit and healthy to stay here though as access to the property is either via steps (in excess of 100!) or a bit of a scramble to the rear. This was not an issue for us, but could be if you have reduced mobility, or children. The spiral staircase in the property is also very steep and could be a problem for some.

A Must Visit House

Me and my three member family spend a memorable Christmas time at this warm and cosy cottage in the heart of the southeast coast of Majorca. The athmosphere was extremely quiet and peacefull, more than enough to enjoy the last sunny days of the year. The children had a nice time playing and discovering the surroundings. There is also a lovely path to Cala Figuera, takes only 5 min walking. Thanks again to the owner, Macià , for being so appreciative and informative

Ein Traumurlaub! Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Hafen entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Häuschens lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sauber und die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. TIPP: In Cala Figuera gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Spar und Coaliment. Besser bei letzterem kaufen, die Preise bei Spar sind wirklich gepfeffert! Der Blick von Terrasse ist unvergleichlich, eigentlich will man die meiste Zeit dort verbringen. :) Und wenn man möchte, kann man direkt unterhalb im glasklaren Wasser plantschen. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

BEYOND BEAUTY

We really had the privilege of staying a whole week at the marvelous fishermen house and were extremely joyless when we arrived at home after our dreamed vacations. We had never ever felt like this before, the sensation of living surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere but stimulating at the same time. Romantic dinners by candlelight, fishing and swimming in front of the cottage, cycling or going on a walk to the houselight of Cala Figuera to see the sunset... memorable! We are comming again next year, that's for sure
