A pleasant house for holidays with family, friends or couples.
Access to the beach and the promenade in front of the house after crossing the street.
This house is located on the third line, between Passous and sailing school at 50 meters from the beach and about 5 minutes from commerce or you have a baker, a butcher, a supermarket, a market and some cafes and restaurants .

lovely property, ideal location, well equipped, perfect family holiday

We had a fantastic stay here in July with our three teenage children and our dog. The property was perfect for a family holiday - although the stairs might be tricky for young children or those with mobility issues. The garden space was a real bonus, secure for the dog, private and nice seating areas. The house is just one street back from the beach, and a short walk from the sailing school - we hired kayaks one morning. There are several bars and restaurants very near by and even more choice a slightly longer walk away but the pedestrian promenade along the seafront is perfect for walking. There are some excellent bakeries and shops as well as 3 markets per week if you want to eat in. The supermarkets are good too and the U express n particular has lots of local produce. The house is very well equipped for eating in. Mirjam is a very helpful hostess too. We hadn't realised that we needed to pre-order and pay extra for bed linen but she sorted it out immediately for us on arrival. Our dog loved the beach - he could enjoy the one in front of the house early morning and late evening but dogs are welcome any time of day at the beach by the sailing school - a very short walk away. We had an amazing relaxing beach holiday with excellent local food and drink and would highly recommend it.

Agréable maison de bord de mer

La maison est très bien située (deuxième rangée front de mer), très bien équipée et bien entretenue. Elle est idéale pour couples avec enfants. Nous remercions également Sophie et Sandie pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité

Maison conviviale, charmante station balnéaire !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette jolie et lumineuse maison. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l étroit alors que nous étions 6. Le petit jardin est très agréable et la proximite directe de la mer ,de la promenade est un véritable atout. Rien ne manque dans cette chaleureuse maison: vaisselle, ustensiles, jeux, livres...on se sent comme chez soi! Merci pour l accueil.

Séjour parfait !

Le gîte est joliment décoré, très bien équipé et très bien placé, a 2 pas de la plage et au calme. Excellent contact avec la Conciergerie qui gère le logement.
