This villa with a capacity of 6 people, enjoys a quiet location on a plot of land of about 8000m² widely planted. It offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, yet is only 800m from the shops and restaurants.
There is a small grove south of the villa, an alley of pine trees to the north which borders the pool, and to the west a relic of the time spent with a majestic viaduct.
Our property is ideally situated between the Ardèche Mountains (Mount Gerbier rushes, Issarlès lake, waterfall-pic Ray, basaltic flows, ...) and the gorges of the Ardèche, with its magnificent natural sites (Pont d ' arc, Orgnac, the Pont d'arc cave, etc ...)
From the property you have direct access to hiking and biking trails. Possibility to play tennis in the village (500m)
