Stunning spacious barn conversions set on our farm close to Beverley in the Yorkshire Wolds. Choose from the 3 bedroom 5 star Gold Granary, the 5 star 4 bedroom Barn House or the High Barn which has 6 bedrooms and is formed when we link the Barn House to Foldyard one of our 2 bedroom cottages.

THE GRANARY - 5 star Gold 3 bedroom house, large living area with woodburning stoves and separate kitchen. Three bedrooms - king master with ensuite shower room and two further bedrooms that can be twins or extra kings. Family bathroom with shower and bath. Outside a private courtyard garden.

THE BARN HOUSE - 4 bedrooms. Lovely large sitting room, leads onto the dining area for 12 and a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker. Ground floor superking bedroom and small twin bedroom with wetroom. Upstairs a king master bedroom with ensuite shower room and large twin (can be extra king) & family bathroom. 6 bedroom option.

Broadgate Farm is set in the Yorkshire Wolds in glorious Yorkshire only two miles from the market town of Beverley and minutes from Beverley Westwood, holiday cottages converted from period farm buildings with toasty eco-friendly central heating. Private garden/patio area and the farmstead is set in 19 acres of grass & woodland with lovely views across the fields.

The calendar reflects availability in the 4 bedroom Barn House so even if it shows booked do check with me one of our other cottages may be available.

The Cart House is our fabulous new development, 5 star Gold - spacious and luxurious. Relax as you walk through the door and sink into the large sofa's. Drink in the views through the full length windows and watch the wildlife or our sheep and lambs. The Barn House also has 4 bedrooms, still a good size it is smaller than the Cart House and it also links to a 2 bedroom cottage to convert into a large 6 bedroom cottage.

The Granary is a spacious 3 bedroom barn conversion with one ensuite and a large family bathroom.

You are spoilt for choice with our 2 bedroom cottages, 5 to chooose from - do get in touch for details

Oak & stone floors with underfloor heating, private gardens and wood burning stoves in most cottages. Quality furnishings and sumptuous fabrics, comfortable sofa's and beds, fully equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms, freesat TV and free WiFi.

Please note up to 2 dogs accepted but conditions do apply and an extra charge will be made. Please ask for details. The Homeaway system does not apply the pet charge - if you book through this company the pet charge will be billed to you after booking.

Most of our bedrooms are flexible so the twins can often convert to superkings and in several cottages there is room for put up beds for children under 14 at additional charge.

About Elaine Robinson

Steve and Elaine bought the farm in 2006 - Steve is a builder and he converted the cottages to a very high standard between 2009-2011. Elaine planned the interior design and runs the cottages. We live on the farm and are on hand to greet new guests and help if needed.

First Class Accomodation

We were impressed with the website but could it be as good as it looks. It was we had a wonderful stay and all was as described. We booked the Foldyard as we had a dog and we have a beautiful enclosed walled garden. I was born in Beverley so know the area well and have tried lots of local accommodation. This was the best yet. Every attention has been attended to to make your stay as good as it can be. We went end of Jan and weather not good but accommodation was great. Very cosy and warm just what you need whatever the weather

Two great weeks at Broadgates Farm

Our family always stay at Broadgates Farm when we are visiting my home town each summer I think that this was our 6th visit. The holiday cottages are all equipped and maintained to a high standard whilst the staff are very friendly and down to earth. Any problems that occur, such as a kettle that stops working, are quickly seen to and fixed or replaced. The small farm has sheep, cows and chickens together with lots of space for the children to pay in. The village of Walkington is a 15 minute walk down the road and has two pubs that provide good food. 15 minutes in the other direction takes you to the Beverley Westwoods common and eventually on to Beverly itself, a very nice market town that is the county town for East Yorkshire. Further afield there is the Yorkshire Wolds and East Coast, with York being an hour's drive away. If you are looking for a holiday cottage in East Yorkshire you can't do better.

Beautiful cottage

Having tried many local hotels over the years and been very disappointed we decided to try a self catering place. We stayed in the Forge which is a beautifully renovated and decorated cottage with every facility one can imagine needing. It was so relaxing staying there, plenty of space, well equipped, fast wifi and top quality kitchen and bathrooms. It is a most convenient location, just on the outskirts of Beverley. Elaine is an extremely well organised person and from the beginning of the booking onwards, the information and administration was excellent. Very comprehensive information on local attractions, restaurants etc were provided before our stay and within the cottage. We couldn't have wanted for more and will be staying there again when we next visit Beverley.
