Hidden in a quiet cul-de-sac and nestled amongst beautifully manicured gardens and lush mature trees, Villa 9 is in the heart of Quinta do Lago.

This air conditioned villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the north course, and is across the road from the Tennis Club.

Four Seasons Country Club is a few minutes walk. Shops and beaches are approximately 2kms.

The master suite has a king size four poster bed, en-suite bathroom with separate walk in shower. Patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.

4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - en-suite shower room, patio door leading to terrace.

Bedroom 2 - spacious double vanity unit and bathtub, patio doors leading to terrace.

Impeccable condition, quiet, nice balcony

Impeccable general condition, quiet location, generous space, very nice balcony, 3 minutes walking distance to supermarket and 20 minutes walking distance to the beach through nice landscapes. It only has 3 double beds, and any single bed. Considering a capacity for six people, 4 people will have to share a bed room.
