A beautifully restored farmhouse, full of character, set on land of approximately 90,000 square meters (over 22 acres.) Situated less than 3 kilometres from the town of Pollensa, and its port the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente.

The original house dates back to year 1800 and presents two levels plus an attached annex (self-contained apartment). A beautiful up-hill oak forest occupies about 10 acres of the finca, the rest of the land is cultivated with olive, fruit trees and vegetables and offers soothing views over farmland in very quiet surroundings. Enchanting garden with a colourful display of flowers and plants around the house affords complete privacy to the swimming pool area.

This superb house has been recently refurbished with new bathrooms, kitchen, Barbecue, terraces and swimming pool but still preserving the authentic Majorcan Style.

Layout: Ground floor: Entrance hall, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room, lounge with fireplace (TV with digital satellite, DVD and Cd player), dining room with wood-burning stove, well equipped kitchen with dining area and access to Barbecue covered terrace (dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer), BBQ terrace and covered porch.

First floor: Sitting room, large master double bedroom with en suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room.

Annexe: attached to main house above the garage with separate access through the back of the main house. Small kitchen, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, double bedroom with small dining and sitting area and 1 single bed on the side. Extra shower and dressing room in the pool area.

Amenities: TV, satellite (Sky), DVD, CD player, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fireplace and wood burning stove, central heating, A/C all bedrooms and in annex.

Lovely family home

This property has everything. It is perfect for all ages, family or other groups. The location is ideal for beaches, mountains and towns/restaurants. But if you want peace and quiet this is the place to be. Great facilities and service. Character house but comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in exceptional surroundings

We stayed at C'an Tirana for two weeks last June with our 6 month old daughter and my 3 year old niece. It is the perfect place for a family holiday. All the rooms are very well sized and although not en-suite ( apart from the master bedroom) - there is a basically a bathroom for every bedroom. There is also a self contained flat with independent access at the back - would be good for teenagers or as a 'granny' flat. The outdoor kitchen is fabulous - we had BBQs most evenings and lunch outside every day.

We loved swimming in the pool (it doesn't have a shallow end but they can paddle on the steps) and going to see the donkeys up in the field. The pool area has beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the house in general is incredibly peaceful - and yet only 5 minutes drive to Pollensa old town.

The villa is set down a long track just off the road to Cala St Vincenc. It is in an ideal position, within easy reach of the beaches at Cala St Vincenc and Puerto Pollensa, and it is only a 15 minute drive to Formentor (we think) - the best beach in Mallorca - all are great for children. You can walk or bike to the old town of Pollensa and the Calvari steps, which has a great market for foodies on Sunday mornings.

The house is very well-maintained, and unlike a lot of villas we have stayed in in Mallorca it has a very comfortable sitting room with three big sofas. So if you are unlucky enough to get a bad weather day, there are plenty of DVDs for entertainment/comfy spots to read.

We will definitely be back!

Stunning house, large enough for the whole family

Loved this house, large enough for the whole family (there were 6 of us in total). Having a pool on site is fantastic and we used it every day. Great space near the pool for a sunny lunch and so many amazing restaurants in the old town and also by the sea. So quiet and relaxing, would definitely reccomend.

Best villa I have every stayed in in Spain

The ambiance, accommodation, outside dining with a fire fit plus oven and

fridge under a wonder cover. Pool area is wonderful, and the view of the

mountains and only minutes from the sea makes this villa so pleasing.

Only a short walk into the old town, or a short drive to the port. I would recommend this villa to my nearest and dearest friends. Margaret O'Hara

Incredible, private paradise!

I cannot begin to tell you how lovely this place is. It's the most charming secluded farmhouse at the end of a private road. The house itself is clean, well looked after and has been very tastefully decorated.

The town is a few minutes drive away and there's plenty going on to keep you entertained, but if you don't fancy it, the restaurant just by the main road is well worth a trip.

Loved the outside BBQ / kitchen setup for the days we just wanted to hang out around the pool.

I can't wait to get back there soon. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Beautiful Home in Secluded Location

Ca'n Tirana is a traditional Mallorcan home set in a secluded location at the end of a long private road and at the base of some impressive mountains which also form part of the property. It has been as modernised as possible without losing the charm of the typical Mallorcan home. Internally it is well equipped and extremely comfortable, externally the grounds are well maintained, there are plenty of shaded seating areas and many locations to choose for eating. The pool and pool area is just perfect.

The restaurant L'Aup at the other end of the private road is easy walking distance and caters for all with traditional Mallorcan cuisine. During the day the playground is perfect to entertain the children and at night the restaurant transforms and the beautiful terrace becomes a perfect venue for adults to enjoy a local meal of the finest quality.

Beaches, Pollensa Town and the Port are within 5 minutes drive. We love this place and will be back!

Highly recommended throughout.
