The apartment is situated on the third floor of a listed building, with main entrance on the Cours Saleya, with its daily flower and vegetable market and it is 200m from the beach.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with Satellite TV and CD radio, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and 4 electric rings; shower room, separate WC. A single folding bed is available on request. The apartment is North West facing. Broadband and WiFi available.
On the doorstep are an abundance of restaurants, cafes, the fresh fruit and flower market, and the charming Ruelles of vieux Nice.

Perfect Location in Vieux Nice

We recently spent just over 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is very well equipped, very comfortable, clean and so central, and it's exactly as it looks in the photos. You step out of the front door onto the flower and vegetable market, which quickly transforms into restaurants late morning. Monday is the antique market, which is well worth a visit. For real French food try Bistrot Antoine and Comptoir du Marche. For a great coffee and brunch/lunch try Cafe Marche in the street behind the apartment. For great live music and friendly staff try Wayne's Bar on the Rue de la Prefecture (all within a few minutes walk). Visits to Monaco and St Tropez are a must, as is sunbathing on the beach at Villefranche - just a short bus or train ride away. This apartment is ideally situated in the beautiful old town of Nice. We're already planning our next visit...

Great appartment in Nice

Dear Scott Thank you very much for renting your lovely appartment :-) We enjoyed Nice SO MUCH and the location is great :-) We enjoyed the markets at Cours Saleya and the great atmosphere in the old Nice. Jean, the keyholder, was so kind and helpfull - we really enjoyed the hole stay and are looking forward to visite Nice again - hopefully next year. appartement très agréable

bel appartement, chaleureux, un salon et une salle à manger sympa pour des repas en famille et amis. Très bien situé, vous avez le marché au fleur et aux fruits tous les jours, bonne ambiance les soirs avec tous les restaurants sur la place. vous avez tous a proximité, la palge, la promenade, le centre ville, pleins de resto.... On y a passé 3 semaines sympa
