The accommodation is an independent and renovated 105-m² apartment on the ground floor of a 19th-century villa giving onto the park of a small other property. La Croisette and the railway station are a 15-minute walk away, Nice airport is about 20 minutes away. There is a private terrace with a table and garden chairs. Private internet (with television and telephone) There is air conditioning, two bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed, the other one with 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet, a double sink, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There also is an independent toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances, crockery, cooking utensils and all of the usual necessary. Sheets and towels are provided. There is lots of storage space. Peaceful and commercial district, regular buses with stops nearby. The owners live in the same villa. They are at your disposal for giving providing you with all the advice and addresses you need. Upon request, there is a parking space in the enclosed garden. In case you want to bring animals, please notice from beforehand.

Very elegant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location.
We stayed for 2 nights and found the whole process of dealing with the owners very easy. The apartment is spacious and well appointed internally with good parking and local shops for provisions. I would happily stay again.

Grand appartement très cosy et accueillant. Très joli cadre, un superbe jardin. Calme en plein cœur de la ville, proche des commerces et non loin des plages. Grande gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires qui donnent de précieux conseils. Une vrai plus: une place de parking.

Best villa in Cannes for the money
Villa has everything that you would need for your stay. Owners on property and were very attentive of our needs especially with a little one in tow. Within walking distance of bus lines and beaches. Owners went above and beyond to us as guests. If I ever return I would return here.
