About this property

This holiday home in Morbihan in Brittany literally has its feet in the water; at high tide and as you lounge on the balcony, you will be ABOVE the water.
On the ground floor, this house is composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room of 37 m² illuminated by two large bay windows facing south with a wide view of the sea. One bedroom with a large 15 m² bed and two single beds, one of which is a bunk. Sanitary and shower.
Upstairs, a 12 m² bedroom with a double bed and the sea view, facing south. A small 8 m² TV lounge with a sofa bed and access to the 40 m² terrace where the garden furniture awaits you.
You will have the choice between a stroll by the sea or the practice of nautical activities for you or your children right in front of the house. The south orientation of the house will make you enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets until the late season.

Lovely accommodation in great location.

We had a super week here in late August enjoying warm weather, stunning views and very well modernised, comfortable accommodation.

AMAZING

This house is beautiful perfectly equipped with everything you need. The upstairs balcony is amazing we had beautiful weather and could have stayed there all day in the sun looking out on the most perfect view. We would not hesitate to book this amazing house again such a relaxing and most beautiful place,

Sensationelle Lage

Bei diesem Objekt steht die Lage und die traumhafte Aussicht im Vordergrund. Wie im Inserat beschrieben. Näher am Meer ist nur ein Boot. Die Terrasse ist groß. Das Bad ist klein und da es nur eine Toilette gibt, passt das Haus meiner Meinung nach eher für max 4 Personen. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war ein Plus. Boulangerie und Restaurants, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte alle fußläufig gut erreichbar, Leclerc und Intermarché in wenigen Autominuten. Schade das man bei Mieten der Bettwäsche die Betten selbst beziehen muss. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Excellent séjour

C'est une maison très agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est pratique avec beaucoup de rangements. De plus elle est très bien située, à proximité de tout. Le calme et le dépaysement étaient au rendez-vous!

excellent logement, situation exceptionnelle !

Même si les conditions météo n'étaient pas au top, le séjour avec notre petite fille était vraiment superbe. nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à l'occasion. En tout cas nous le recommandons fortement à qui souhaite trouver un logement de qualité.
