Des efforts à faire

L accueil et le sourire de Perrine et des propriétaires est toujours une chose agréable Petit barriquet de rhum et ses saveurs nous attendaient. Cependant, pour une villa de location sur la Guadeloupe. Certains équipements sont plus que nécessaires et plus précisément un réservoir d eau quand on connaît le problème de coupures innerants a l ile Nous n avons pas eu d eau 3 jours sur 5. Aussi, la mise à disposition de serviettes de limitent , curieusement à une grande serviette par personne ! Il faut donc s essuyer sous la douche , s essuyer les mains et le visage , avec la même serviette ce qui est vraiment très gênant Un petit effort, les gens doivent se sentir comme à la maison et donc avoir un set de serviette approprié Il faut rappeler ici que cette maison appartient aux propriétaires de la conciergerie qui gèrent des villas de luxe ... Côté propreté, la maison était nickel Cependant certains points sont aussi à améliorer La piscine nécessite une relève de PH et Chlore tout les deux jours , ainsi que pour le jacuzzi Personne durant 5 jours Durant notre séjour, nous avons dû nous meme nettoyé la piscine, après avoir réclamé une épuisette Curieusement il n y pas de dispositif anti incendie au plafond non plus Il manque des équipements essentiels comme un torchon en cuisine , un petit bac à glaçons ( que nous avons reçu après) et d autres petites choses comme plus Qu un saladier ... Sinon maison agréable , bien située et au calme Une communication un peu difficile avec les propriétaires qui vous envoie un message à 7h30 le matin pour vous rappeler que vous devez quitter impérativement la maison à 10h car ils accueillent des invités à 13h alors qu on nous impose une arrivée à 16h Bref , il faudra améliorer les services et la communication avec les clients et puis, quand on est un professionel de l hébergement , il n y a aucune excuse pour le manque de sécurité , équipements et prévention de la citerne d eau.

Bon séjour

Belle propriété, cependant l'aménagement intérieur pourrait être plus en état (porte serviette qui reste dans les mains, lavabo cassé dans la chambre parentale, chasse d'eau idem, réception balles de billard, canal satellite prêté par notre gèrant merci pour les petits) et au niveau de l'extérieur il serait bien de penser à changer les housses de transat, et de fixer l'ampoule dans la piscine, baby foot à réparer ou retirer, buses du jacuzzi qui se font la mâle... dommage tous ces petits détails cumulés font que le prix est un peu cher... Néanmoins beau séjour tout de même et un gèrant disponible et de service..
