About this property

Old 15th century house renovated close to the church square at the foot of the PESTEILS castle.
15 min from AURILLAC and 15 min from the SUPER-LIORAN ski resort.
The house is on three levels served by two staircases.
on the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with everything you need and a fireplace. On the first floor, the living room with another fireplace and a sofa bed, a TV and a computer with internet connection. From this floor you have access to a small balcony and to the utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and two single beds in an alcove.
The house is located in the heart of the village of Polminhac, at the foot of the Château de Pesteils, a few steps from the church square and close to all shops (butchers, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, hairdresser).
Visits: Pesteil castle, Pas de Cére, Plomb du Cantal, Puy Mary, Salers, AURILLAC street festival in August.

Weekend en Auvergne

Petit village typique ,maisons en pierres joliment entretenues . Très beau château et quelques promenades autour du village . Très bon accueil ,avec les 2 poêles allumés (fortement appréciés ), et les douceurs pour le petit déjeuner . Ce fut un séjour court (2 nuits ),mais apprécié . Tant par les parents que les enfants . La maison est bien décorée ,avec le principal , on s'y sent très bien . Encore merci .

Gite charmant

Le lieu est calme et agréable, seul bémol pas d'emplacement parking. Le gite a son charme, la décoration est faite avec beaucoup de gout. Les deux lits superposés cabane sont sympa, très plaisant pour les enfants. Beaucoup de couettes, plaid très appréciable. Aussi placard rempli de DVD, livres, jeux de société. Bien accueillit dès notre arrivée : viennoiseries, jus de fruit, lait et différents ingrédients bien utile. Séjour très agréable , bien trop court pour un week-end ! Adresse à retenir :)
