Set in the idyllic coastal paradise of El Puerto de Santa María, in the Cadiz province of Andalusia, this 3d floor apartment is just 2km from the golden sands and spectacular water sports of La Puntilla beach.

In addition to comfortable furnishings, the stylish flat features completely new air conditioning and mod cons such as a flat-screen TV and washing machine. The open, spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare culinary delights, as well as a microwave and coffee machine if you just need a quick pick-me-up.

Do take time to dine or enjoy the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella and boasting brilliant sea views.

Up to 4 people can sleep soundly, with a double bed in the peaceful bedroom and a convertible sofa in the family room. The bathroom features a bathtub/ shower combination and a WC.

Linen and towels are included. A small fee for end cleaning applies.

There is no dedicated parking on site, smoking is permitted outside only and pets are not welcome.

The famous city of El Puerto de Santa María is located on the banks of the Guadalete River and the Bay of Cadiz, in the middle of the Parque Natural Bahia de Cadiz.

While the area is known mainly for it golden beaches (such as La Puntilla, just 2km from the apartment), bright sunshine and sparkling turquoise waters, there are also a plethora of prehistoric remains, castles and churches; bullfights are held in the historic Bullring of El Puerto, dating to 1880. The Jerez Motorcycle Grand Prix track is just 30km away, in Jerez de la Frontera.

Many carnivals are held in the area, including the Spring Fair, dedicated to Sherry - with nearly 200,000 bottles drunk in 4 days! If you need a larger city, Cadiz offers shopping eateries and interesting sights, just 15km away.

The local gastronomy is based on products from the Bay of Cadiz, fresh fruits and vegetables from the local area and, of course, sherry. Bars are within 100m of the apartment, the nearest restaurant is at 200m and an Aldi supermarket is just 100m away.
