This holiday home in Agnac, Lot-et-Garonne, is the perfect base in which to recharge and enjoy the beauty of South-Western France. With green fields all around, a rustic, stone exterior and two floors of modern and comfortable interiors, it promises a truly unforgettable holiday.

The kitchen boasts all of the amenities needed to prepare an appetising meal, from a stove and dishwasher to a coffee machine. Other mod cons include a serene lounge room complete with a flat-screen TV and CD player.

Sleep soundly in one of three beautiful bedrooms: The ground-floor room boasts a double bed and upstairs you’ll find another double bedroom and one fitted with two singles. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.

Spend balmy days outside on your furnished terrace and cool off in the 15 x 8m shared swimming pool, available in spring and summer. Kids will love the swing and you can round off an eventful day with a convivial barbecue surrounded by nature.

Cleaning is offered at a surcharge and guests must bring their own linens and towels. The swimming pool and the laundry room are shared with 2 other apartments.

Private, on-site parking is available, smoking is allowed outdoors only and pets are welcome upon request.

Agnac is a commune of the Lot-et-Garonne department, nestled in South-Western France. The area draws those in who want to escape city life and experience the awe and beauty that nature has to offer.

Pay a visit to the Church of Saint Sernin or the 16th century marvel of the Manoir du Bout-du-Pont, then head to the town of Duras, just 15km away, for its 12th century chateau and to stock up on the famous wines this area is known for. Other places of interest include the bastide town of Miramont-de-Guyenne and the pleasant Dropt Valley village of Lauzun, within an easy 6km of Agnac.
