This elegant flat can accommodate up to six people and offers lively living spaces and all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your holiday in the Pyrenées.

The numerous household appliances, including a washing machine, ironing equipment and vacuum cleaner, will make your life easy and so will the fully equipped kitchen, including hobs, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more. Relax in the living room, equipped with a flat-screen cable TV, radio and CD-player.

There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the last with a king-size bed, and the apartment features two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath). To make the most of sunny days, settle down comfortably on the furnished terrace or splash around in the large, shared swimming pool.

You will no doubt enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment, right by the sea, a magnificient view!

End cleaning, towels and linen are all included in the rental fee.

A car is recommended, there is free on-site parking and you can't smoke inside.

Lovely view no location

Comfortable apartment in nice location. However there is no oven in the kitchen and the bathrooms could use updating, I have rented many apartments throughout Europe and this was the first time I arrived to find the beds not made. The rental of sheets and towels as an additional cost should be noted. This cost should be included in the rent. If need to, raise the rental fee. The idea of travelers carrying sheets and towels from home is ridiculous, especially with baggage charges by airlines. Also there were several welcoming features that were not present in the house when we arrived. Certainly the property owner should provide extra trash bags and basic condiments like salt and pepper. A travelers buying these things will leave what is not used and then supply the house for the owner. Not the way to operate to welcome travelers. Purchasing toilet paper for personal use is expected. Some basic things will just make it more welcoming for the traveler. Overall we enjoyed the location and the weather.

appartement magnifique avec ses 3 chambres dotées de terrasses dont un lit en 160 (le mien pour une semaine) ,très bien situé avec vue sur la mer et la montagne ,propre ,calme,normal car situé sur un petite île.

piscine très agréable ,plage et parking privé sécurisé, le grand confort .et en bonus des proprietaires a l'écoute et vraiment sympa .je recommande cette location mais pas a tout le monde car je voudrais bien y retourner ^^ a noter que les cocktails de l'hotel d'a coté sont succulent et les voisins charmant !!

This picturesque village is the ideal starting point from which to best discover the region. With the beach on your doorstep, enjoy lovely days lazing around on the fine white sand or bathing in the warm Mediterranean waters.

Have a go at various water sports such as jet-skiing, sailing, and surfing, or go cycling, horse-riding and for long hikes admiring the wonderful scenery as you go! There is a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket very close to the apartment and few minutes' walk or drive and you will come across various churches and museums, an arboretum, a bay, a marina, a golf course and a nudist beach!

You’ll also want to spend a day sightseeing or shopping in Perpignan, with its real mix of cultures, its Palais des Rois de Majorque and its Cathedral of Saint-Jean.
