This spectacular apartment is set right on the sea front 5 minutes from the centre of town and 5 minute to the nearest beach. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 6 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms available at the apartment one of which is a en suite. There is a loverly modern lounge/dining room area with great views of the harbour and bay of Puerto Pollensa. There is a balcony that also overlooks the harbour and bay that has the sun most of the afternoon, also a great area to enjoy breakfast. There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven and hob. Added features of a refurbished apartment and air-con. All in all a good, large apartment to enjoy your holiday close to everything you need.

Mixed Feelings

We could not disguise our disappointment at the tired looking main entrance to the property. The apartment was ideally located and the views from the balcony (cheap unmatched furniture) were lovely and the kitchen was poorly stocked of utensils. Worst of all was the horrendous sewage smell eminating from the en-suite bathroom which engulfed the apartment, we made our complaints but alas had to endure throughout our stay.

Great apartment in a great location

Apartment was well equipped and is in a great position right opposite the Marina. We new roughly where the apartment was before travelling and that it would be really convenient for all amenities - the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, bakery etc.

The process for collecting the keys and locating the apartment, couldn't have been more straightforward. The weather was beautiful for the entire week, so we all had a superb holiday.

Fantastic situation, huge apartment

The apartment was in a fantastic location opposite the beautiful marina with wonderful views of coast and mountains from the spacious balcony where we ate most of our meals. The apartment was so much larger than we had imagined and was really well equipped with everything we could have wanted. Parking might be an issue in the busier summer months but PP is such a pretty place that having to walk is a pleasure. We would definitely use this property again but probably only off season as it's situation may be a little too noisy for us in the height of summer but for an Easter break it was perfect. Highly recommended.
