Convenient and well equipped
he property is located just off the main road within view of the main cable car which is accessed across the railway line and down a steep bank to the back of the property. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever stayed in! The living access is compact but there are 8 seats for both eating and resting and many candles and decorations to make it feel homely. Apple TV was great to have. Beds are comfy and bathroom facilities, whilst lacking heated rails to dry towels and the odd plug, are pleasant. Manager was helpful with the minor issues we had

Great accomodation in nice area
We stayed in this apartment with 2 families which fits well. Appartment is very well equiped, all you need is there, including linnen, cleaning supplies for dishes, tv, washingmachine , fireplace, etc. Diarmuid gaves us a warm welcome and excellent info on the area, which we really liked. Nice long slopes, beautiful views. The apartment is very close to the Mannlichen cable bahn but the crossing over the railway with young children when there is a lot of snow is not ideal so we ended up driving down. But further there is nothing negative to mention. We love to come back here in the future.

Everything we hoped for !
Grindelwald delivered on all our expectations for our 2015/16 Christmas/New Year Holiday! The apartment was very comfortable and included all the necessary conveniences including a very well equipped kitchen. Some of us skied, some made day trips to other cities by car and some of us just hung out and enjoyed the spectacular view. The location was ideal for us ,,,, we had a 15/20 minute walk to the center of Grindelwald which was the perfect antidote to all the beer, bratwurst and rosti consumed. Grindelwald's Co-op supermarket was a pleasant surprise ... well stocked and great variety. We were also impressed by the excellent restaurants found in town. Not a big nightlife town but we were generally in bed early anyway. All in all, we would recommend Grindelwald highly and we would return to this apartment.

Ideal Location and a great apartment
Great apartment in a great location. This has been probably the best apartment we have stayed in on holidays. Firstly, it has a great location. It's only a few minutes walk to both Mannlichen cable-car or to the station in Grund, even in ski-boots. The views from the apartment are simply amazing. It's only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Grindelwald and there is also a regular bus service. Secondly, the apartment itself is really spacious (we were a group of 8) and fitted out superbly. Everything is provided, from Apple TV, Dvd's, books, right through to all the small kitchen utensils and cleaning materials and even condiments. All you need is right there. The living area and bedrooms are really comfortable and spacious. Diarmuid was great. From the time of the first contact to our departure he was always really helpful and informative and provided a really nice welcome when we arrived. We would highly recommend the apartment and will certainly be back.

Breathtaking vies
I could have just stayed and looked at the Eiger all day - however there were so many wonderful things to do within the valley itself. Went up the Jungfrau - 4 minute walk down the hill to the cable car that took us up to a top and then we walked for 1 hour and picked up the last half of the Jungfrau train. It combined a day of exercise and breathtaking views. We walked the canyon and also up First (not sure of the correct spelling). A quick zip line to half way down was worth the money. The apartment is very well located as it is slightly out of town but has good bus connections or a 20 minute walk. The views are amazing and you can hear the cow bells and take in the serenity. The fireplace works extremely efficiently and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Eiger was a must no matter how cold it was - we just rugged up. Will definitely return. Janet
