About this property

Classified chalet 3 * facing south 120 m² 8 people downhill skiing at 800 m + Cross-country skiing at 200m

Indie chalet (pendant built in 1978 with 100m2 garden to park in front of, unfenced. Altitude: 1970 meters. Free ski resort shuttles at 20 meters morning noon and evening during school holidays.
Ground floor: garage + cellar + room furnished for mountain ski equipment.
1st floor: independent kitchen + living room with fireplace + 1 bedroom + 1 WC
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms + bathroom and WC + reading corner.

The rooms have a surface of 10 to 12m2 approximately, one of them has a small balcony.
At the living room level there is a balcony for outside dining.
This chalet is very well located, facing south, with its 4 bedrooms, it allows everyone to have their privacy without sleeping in the living room. It is at the edge of the road leading to the hamlet called "Le Coin" subdivision "Château Renard", road little used and always plowed.
A parallel road located a little lower, allows you to go to the Agnel pass (only in summer) and pass through Italy (around 12KM).
In winter there are regular shuttles which serve the station morning noon and evening departure 20m from the chalet. If the snow conditions allow it and for the more adventurous, you can access the ski by ski by cutting across fields and arriving by the Chanterane bridge, from there you can take the Téléski du Moulin, or arrive along the stream at Chalp (center of the resort). You can also park in the Chanterane car park and collect the TK from the mill to reach the station during the school holidays.
In summer, you are in the heart of the great alpine passes for mountain biking and road biking enthusiasts (Agnel and Isoard passes) and the village of Saint Véran (highest town in Europe) (30 mins on foot) or 20 minutes bike.

Séjour reposant dans le Queyras
Les enfants et moi avons beaucoup apprécié le chalet. Spacieux, bien agencé et équipé, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, au vert, au "frais" (comparé à nos températures provençale) et dans une ambiance montagnarde des plus agréables. De plus, Peter, notre "Maître des clefs" a été vraiment très aidant, souple, ponctuel et souriant. D'ailleurs, les enfants l'ont tout de suite adopté !😊 Le rapport qualité de vie/prix est plus qu'honnête. Bref, en cas de nouvelles vacances dans le secteur, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et je conseille le chalet sans modération !

chalet vieillot et sale.Procedure d 'accueil froide.Nous n 'y retournerons pas.
L' acceuil et ménage avait été fait plus d 'un mois avant: Tout était poussiéreux, toiles d'araignées,guêpes et mouches mortes, nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant et sortir et monter nous même un aspirateur qui était encore dans son emballage sans un mot d 'explications. Le compteur électrique était coupé et nous avons dû monter avec nos bagages dans le noir un escalier raide pour allumer le compteur nous même. Nous avons eu du mal a ouvrir et fermer la boîte à clef. La porte donnant sur le jardin arrière du chalet (qui ne communique pas avec l 'avant) était grande ouverte depuis plusieurs jours et il régnait un froid glacial sachant que les nuits étaient entre 6 et 8 degrés. Un ouvrier avait coupé l 'air dans le jardin derrière et les vitres de la cuisine et de la porta arrière étaient maculées de boues et d'herbes séchées collées aux vitres qui de toute façon sont toutes sales ou très sales. L'échange avec la propriétaire a été désagréable et peu chaleureux. Le chalet est vétuste. Le lit du bas est inconfortable: matelas de 190 de longueur sur un sommier beaucoup plus court. La chasse d'eau fuyait au deuxième étage. Le prix est très exagéré par rapport aux prestations du chalet. Points positif: la cuisine qui est grande , bien équipée bien qu 'il faudrait enlever les poêle rayés et vieux couvercles, le salon qui est grand mais les canapés ne sont pas très confortables. Bonne documentation sur la région. Le chalet est bien décoré. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour grâce à la vue, et à l 'environnement qui est très beau. Mais il est certain que nous ne retournerons jamais dans ce chalet vétuste qui nous a gâché une partie du plaisir de ce séjour.
