About this property

Lovely duplex located on the 2nd floor of a typical Touquettoise villa from the 1930s.

The duplex consists of:
- a living-dining room opening onto a small south-facing balcony.
- a fully equipped independent kitchen, with a bar area communicating with the living room
- two bedrooms overlooking the garden and courtyard on the main floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a chest of drawers
- a third bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking on one side a garden and courtyard and the other on the living room. This room has 2 single beds of 90 cm.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The location is ideal: our street is very quiet while being less than 2 minutes walk from St Jean street and its shops, the beach and Aqualud, or the Palais des Congrès and the casino .

Broadband internet / WIFI connection

If desired, we can provide bed linen - duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase - (12 € for a double bed, 10 € for a single bed).
In this case, beds will be made upon arrival.
Please note, we do not provide towels.

Please note the apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors without elevator.
It is therefore unfortunately strongly not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Access to bedroom no. 3, located on a duplex, is not recommended for children under 3 or 4 years of age as well as people with vertigo.

Great location, good amenities and cozy

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 children under 13 and it was a great holiday all round. The apartment is just a couple of blocks away from the Main Street which is perfect as you are close (3 mins walk) but not to close to the busy nights. The apartment was as advertised and we can see why it has great reviews, clean, spacious and comfortable. Anne was there to greet us and give us an overview which was very nice. Overall a great choice for those wanting to stay in Le Touquet close to the town and beach

Lovely apartment, great location

We booked a last minute short break and stayed for two nights at Touquettoise villa. It’s very close to the town and beach, both a short walk away. The lighthouse is worth a visit, and nice to watch it in the evenings from the apartments balcony. We would have loved to stay longer, but hope to return.

Great little spot, wonderful host

Perfect location

This apartment is a gem! 5 of us (3 adults and 2 teenage children) stayed for 4 nights in August and the apartment served our needs perfectly. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach in one direction and to the lovely restaurants and shops of Le Touquet in the other direction. The interior is beautifully furnished with quirky little touches and is fully kitted out. We enjoyed visiting the boulangerie across the square to get fresh baguettes and croissants in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Le Touquet.
