At the foot of the ski slopes, this spacious 4-bedroom apartment has 4 bathrooms or shower rooms, 2 toilets, a huge living room with fireplace, 2 South and West-exposed balconies with views of the Mont Blanc and the mountain. The apartment is located in a small 4-apartment residence. It is perfectly fitted: kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and crockery for 10 guests. The bathrooms or shower rooms are equipped with heated towel rails. There is a fireplace in the living room for nice roaring fire. There is also a huge pleasant ski room equipped with ski shoe dryer to store your skis and ski equipment in a hot and dry place. Guests can enjoy the benefits of Résidence Les Arolles with free access to the covered heated pool, the sauna and the hammam. There is also a free parking space in the covered parking area of the residence.

Great location in Arc 2000

A very convenient place to stay for skiing in Les Arcs. Good bedrooms with comfortable bedding and linens. Good communication with owner and check in process was easy and good information given. The only disappointment was the kitchen area which was too cluttered with items and food remaining from previous guests.

Absolutely the best place to stay

Location is superb - very quiet but stunning views and easy access everywhere (shops, main square, ski lifts, runs etc). Really spacious, very well equipped, fantastic showers, great ski locker room, lovely kitchen/diner room, just everything is fantastic. Plenty of room for 7 adults, and probably up to 9/10 really. The place is easy to find and simple check-in too and owners are great/friendly/helpful - 100% recommend!!

Les arc 2000 march 2022

The communication from the owner was fantastic from the time we booked, pre arrival, arrived and left. A wellcome basket was a loverly touch as well. The bedrooms are nice and the showers were hot every night. A bath tub is always welcome to sock the bones after a day's skiing. The dinning room has a large table to allow all to site round, and the fire place looks loverly once lit. Having a Smart TV is the only bit I'd like to see as a improvement, to allow guests to stream there own devices to allow everyone to sit and watch one screen.

Excellent - a lovely place to stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It is top class. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The views were superb. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen utensils, etc were good with every thing that you needed for self catering. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The proximity of the apartment to the nearest drag lift (100m) was an important factor as the children or for that matter the adults did not have to walk very far. At the top of the drag ( about 75m) you have access to the ski schools, restaurants and bars and the the vast expanse of Les Arcs piste. The nearest restaurant is only 100m from the apartment. The nearby Chalet Neige will deliver bread, croissants, pain au raison, etc in time for breakfast. This is a superb apartment with all the emenities for your ski holiday. If we go back to Arcs 2000 we would have no hesitation about booking it again

We decided to create this family holiday rental business because we love the mountains and particularly the station of Arc 2000 for its extraordinary scenery: stunning views of the Mont Blanc and the mountainous cirque at the foot of a glacier with a perfect snow cover.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this apartment for its comfort and location, in the middle of nature and at the foot of the slopes, not overlooked, at an altitude of 2000 m to guarantee a nice snow cover. We fell in love with the views from the apartment and the balconies to the Mont Blanc, the mountain or the slopes.

What makes this property unique

It is a very spacious 98 m² apartment with big bedrooms, many storage spaces and a living space of almost 30 m². It is a pleasant quiet environment with chalets at the foot of the station of Arc 2000 yet close to all amenities. Enjoy the comfort of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms or shower rooms for a stay in family or with friends with enough space. There are assets such as the fireplace, the huge ski room where the shoe dryer gives you the opportunity to have dry shoes and gloves the next morning, the pool and the fitness area less than 80 m from the residence.
