Hiya, me and my partner stayed in this apartment April 20th-April 24th and although it is the perfect location for us as there are lots of surrounding bars there were many things wrong with the apartment. To start with, when we arrived one of the shutters were broken which meant we couldn't get on to the balcony through the living room area. After a day of having one shutter the other shutter then broken which meant we couldn't access the balcony in any way. This then meant we had no daylight and no air coming into the apartment. We then went down to the office and told them what had happened which we were then told a technician would be sent out to fix them, who never came so we spent our whole holiday without a balcony. On the other hand, because there were so many things wrong with the apartment we were allowed to check out later as we had a later flight with no charge. But this is not the point with how many things there were wrong with this aparment. Also, the tv had no remote which meant we couldn't change the channel without getting up every time and also the wifi hardly worked at all. We will be definitely not be returning to this apartment but the area is lovely for food and to go for nice walks.

Owner's Response: Dear Customer, Thank your for your request. After we recieved your complain in our office we sent our technicins to fix the problems in the propiety, he fix the issue with the heating in the propiety, also they re-schedule the irrigation ditch to not disturb the games of the children, for these reason we're suprised for this request. By other hand, the opinion of our customers is the most important to us, for these reason we take note off all your advices to get better our properties. Thank you for your time.
