5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Sunny Country House With Pool And Mountain Views

This recently refurbished country house sits on the hills above Sóller, in a very quiet and sunny area. It offers different terraces where to enjoy the landscape. The pool area has a nice solarium to sunbath. The house has a spacious living room with SAT TV (ASTRA), good size kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite. From the kitchen you can access the BBQ area with a dining table under the porch area, ideal for al fresco dining.

There is a guest toilet outside.

The house is equipped with WiFi.

The access to the property is good for any car, although we always recommend to rent small cars as Soller is a town with narrow streets and it makes it easier.

A superb villa

We have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday at this villa and totally deserves 5 stars.

We are two families with teenage children and was delighted with the space the villa had to offer. Split over two levels with two lounges and very bright and comfortable accommodation. It was spotless.

We loved the pool area and the bbq with its outdoor kitchen was great.

The villa had fantastic views over to Soller and it was very peaceful.

We walked into Soller most nights , it takes around 15-20 minutes. As other reviews have said a bit steep on way back but worth it for the view.

Soller was lovely with nice restaurants and bars and not commercial.

We were here for a week and then moving onto Pollensa but we didn't want to leave.

Would definitely visit again - fantastic.

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location

We have just spent the last 2 weeks in this villa. There has been 2 family's and grandparents. It's been wonderful break.

The villa itself is in a great loation set in the hills just outside soller. It's a good walk to the town but easily done from a 7 year old to a 70 year old. But tough up hill the last bit back.

The views are stunning. It's very quiet day and night.

The villa itself is decorated to a very high standard and it has all the things you will need. There is a great outdoor facility for cooking including a fab bbq and pizza oven. We took advantage of this a lot and had some great evenings in.

The rest of the villa is great-perfect for 2 families to share as it has a upstairs and downstairs making it almost 2 different villas.

The outdoor space is great. Pool lovely and all cleaned on a regular basis. The kids are safe and have loved it.

Xisca the agent was a great help through our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The town is lovely. Not commercial at all which is what we wanted. Port de soller is only a 10 min drive which offers lovely beaches and lots of things to do.

Totally recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa in beautiful location

Fantastic from start to finish!

Even before we arrived the information that Xisca was able to provide was excellent, regarding places to eat and booking for a birthday celebration to recommendations for a boat trip.

We are 2 families (10 in total, the youngest was 8 oldest 70).

The villa was exactly what we were looking for, furnished to the highest standard, plenty of room, everything that you may need is here! The villa was very clean with bedding and towels changed after a week. The gardener came most days and cleaned the pool, he came early in the morning so we hardly saw him. Great outdoor cooking area, fantastic pool, with plenty of sun beds and a hammock. The kids loved it here!

Walking distance to the town but steep walk back for the last few minutes.

Soller is a very picturesque town with plenty of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. Port de Soller is a short drive again with great restaurants, etc with the bonus of a lovely beach. Kids loved the Stand Up Paddle boards.

The beautiful Sóller village is nestled in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range. The Plaza (main town square) is alive all year round and full of nice and good priced bars, restaurants and shops. At the so well known Train Station, with permanent Picasso and Miró exhibitions, you can catch the little tram to Puerto de Sóller and enjoy further nice restaurants, were good paellas and fresh fish are served. And you can also take the train to Palma, which is actually a must do if you visit the valley for the first time. Sóller is very close to very nice villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Deià and is a good starting point for many walking routes along the Tramuntana or the NW coast.

Golf: There is a golf course, Son Termens, 20 minutes away from Sóller.
