Luna Blanca is our 3rd Deluxe Living Apartment complex in Schwangau/Horn, we just opened it December 20th. The 3 Boutique Apartments are modern and tasteful with antique regional furniture, modern kitchens and interesting art. We have put an accent quality products, lighting, color and texture.

Luna Blanca sits on a the access road in Schwangau/Horn facing South West, this makes it a light and sunny place. The terraces and balconies are great places to enjoy the panorama and during the summer months it´s the perfect place for relaxing and taking your meals and they also allow for great sunsets and views towards the mountain ranges and into the garden.

Just a few steps away there is an excellent eating place, the Restaurant Helmerhof.

Direct access to the large garden & terrace is great in Summer as in Winter. Have breakfast outside or build your snowman in the garden! Great view towards the South West and sunny all day.

1 bedroom with a King size bed, another with 2 queen sized beds, a large living room with a kitchenette, a large comfortable sofa (queen size sleeping possibility), bathroom with floor heating, a tropical showerhead, 2 washbasins & WC. A Flatscreen TV with Satellite connection and many international channels is located in the living room.

The Kitchen has 4 cooking fields, oven,toaster, coffee machine, microwave and a dishwasher and refrigerator. The whole apartment has tiled floors in soft earth colours.

Pets allowed on request and extra expense.

We are a family run business, Luna Blanca is our 3rd Deluxe Apartment property in Schwangau. We speak 6 languages German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Catalan. Have plenty of experience in Tourism in the area and internationally.

Luna Blanca was created by us, it´s an upscale house catering to those who wish to have a quality home during those valuable days of the year away from home. Our property is NEW, just opened December 2013 and we have yet again managed to give the apartments a special touch with local alpine furniture, modern lighting and all amenities catered for,

Our Luna Blanca Boutique Apartments provide the perfect accommodation for any family, group of friends or single travellers, decorated with a mix of modern and local antique furniture as well as artistic details. Close by, there are a few excellent restaurants, that will fulfill most culinary wishes, although the kitchens provided will cater to most 'chefs'. The quiet environment, the good air and excellent mountain water when you open the tap to drink or take a shower will allow you to relax from your daily routine at home and work.

We are an excellent base for visiting the Castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, as well as Schloss Linderhof, the Zugspitze and the Wieskirche.

Notes:

  • The Zugspitze, the Wieskirche, the Castle Linderhof and the Abbey Ottobeuren are all worth a day trip. Austria, Tirol is just a few kilometres away from Schwangau and offers many great day trip possibilities. The Königsstrasse which starts at the Castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, and winds itself along the Alpsee, leads to the „Gutshof zum Schluxen“ in Unterpinswang in a good hours walk away. There King Ludwig II enjoyed the gastronomy and we can still recommend it today! The Hahnenkamm in the Lechtal, a great ski and trekking area just behind Reutte.
