A modern kitchen equipped with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washer / dryer. A breakfast table can seat 2 with views over the rooftops towards the castle.

DINING ROOM:
The double aspect dining room is crowned by a crystal chandelier with views of the Saturday market, Saint Pierre church and other historic views of the town of Saumur, (including a glimpse of the castle).

The large table with seating for 6. The buffet contains everything you will need to dine in style.

LIVING ROOM:
The comfortable living room living room for 4 people with a sofa and 2 armchairs. LCD television with digital channels, HIFI DVD, CD player with Bluetooth connectivity. USB charging station.

BEDROOM:
The spacious double bedroom has a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm). Bed linen is provided. A baby cot can be provided on request when booking.

BATHROOM:
A large bathroom includes:
Bath with shower, bidet, WC and sink.
Towels and hand towels are included.

There is a supplement for heating (November to March). Tourist tax 1. 75 euros per person per night.

Spacious location in center of Saumur

Airy, light, spacious apartment near the Marche in Saumur French classic design. Perfect for two. Easy secure parking across the street and close to restaurants, bars and shops. View across roof ot the Marche area 2 nd floor with two flights of stairs. All new electrical appliances.
