all of it. (please note, the formatting of this questionnaire means that the menu under the question 'How satisfied were you with the overall performance during your Stay?' does not align with the headings. it was not possible to tell which options i was selecting - but i was tryign to select 'great' for everything).

Apartment was fine and within short walking distance to major sights and many restaurants. It could have used some freshening up though and there was a slight sewer odor in the master ensuite. WiFi access was somewhat slow at times. Also, since its next to a major shopping route, there was a lot of delivery truck traffic and noise in the early morning.
This is the perfect location when staying in Brussels. The place was very clean, had 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 Beds (2 are twins), a roll-away, and a sleep-able couch. The kitchen is great if you need it, but there are so many places close you probably won't use it. There are lots of great bars, including the Delirium Cafe, within a few blocks. Had Wifi and a TV with a bunch of channels. Check-in was easy and is right down the street. There is even a laundromat a few blocks away. The train station is very close, the airport is a quick cab ride away. The only real downside is the steps, it is not fun to carry a 50lb suitcase up 4 floors. It is a little bit noisy, but nothing too much for being in the city center. The next time I go back to Brussells I will stay here and I highly recommend staying here.
We have stayed in some very nice Brussels hotels, but the apartment was so much more convenient and fun. We made our own coffee and breakfast each morning. It was so nice not having to wait for room service or worry about cigarette smoke! Also the location allowed to go out for a while, come back to rest in the huge living room, and then go out again. We were close to everything including La Mayonnaise. Not a big fan of opera but loved the theater and really enjoyed this tour as it also gave a lot of information on the history of Brussels and Belgium.
Our stay here was absolutely delightful from the wonderful reception when we arrived until we left. The apartment presents exactly as seen in the pictures and the standard of finishes is very high. Its location is excellent for sightseeing and strolling and there are numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and convenient shops within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. It was also wonderful at night to be able to dine late at local restaurants. We highly recommend the apartment and look forward to returning in the not too distant future.
Four Americans enjoyed a full week in this modern, light filled yet quiet. Well appointed, comfortable, and the perfect location for seeing everything in Brussels. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby for instance the Pizzeria Sole d’Italia restaurant. Stuck for a restaurant to visit, plumped for this one, and lucked out, good food, not bad prices. Service a bit off but food makes up for that, makes a nice change from usual Boules and Rites.
Our experience renting the Brussels apartment went seamlessly. Such a perfect location to walk to most tourist sites, convenient to shops and enjoyable nightlife. So beautifully maintained and comfortable. Staying in the apartment was so much better than a hotel and much more economical. We enjoyed the visit we took to St. Michael and St. Gulag Cathedral (Cathedral St-Michel et Ste-Gullet). I love visiting this cathedral and do this periodically when in Brussels. It’s a nice place to look over the old city, impressive carvings, pulpit and etc.
