The house comprises the ground floor a living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area. Set on approximately 60m2. Two rooms each with two beds and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. A mezzanine overlooking the living room with a possibility of two beds and a large desk. On the same floor one bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) opens onto a large terrace (30 m2) -with a view of the valley.
A large courtyard offers the possibility to park two cars. A flower garden of 400 m2. has an outside dining area.

Très belle maison dans un joli village typique

Belle maison, idéale pour 6 personnes. (Un peu juste pour 8 car le couchage de la mezzanine n'est pas adapté pour un séjour de 15 jours). Propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses locataires, très réactif : communication très facile par mail ou téléphone.

Ein wundervoller Ort und eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie für 14 Tage nach Goussargues gereist und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, toll eingerichtet und man hat viele Aufenthalts-Möglichkeiten durch verschiedene Terrassen (mit und ohne Überdachung) und die Gebäudeaufteilung. Das Haus verfügt über eine Dachterasse mit tollem Blick über die Landschaft, eine ruhige Gartenterasse im Grünen und eine überdachte Terrasse im Eingangsbereich. Es gibt überall ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten durch große Tische, ausreichend Stühle und Liegen. Das Haus beeindruckt allein durch seine Ausstrahlung. Aber auch die Ausstattung ist beeindruckend. Eine große Küche mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, mehrere Grillmöglichkeiten auf den verschiedenen Terassen (Kohle und Gas), im Keller ein extra Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, zwei moderne Bäder und eine gemütliche Sitzecke vor dem Kamin. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Der Kontakt mit Monsieur Mollet verläuft problemlos über Email (auch telefonisch, unser Französisch ist aber leider nicht so gut), bei Fragen antwortet er jederzeit kurzfristig und sorgt so für einen tollen, erholsamen und schönen Aufenthalt. Cher Monsieur Mollet, merci beaucoup pour les bons moments passés dans votre maison !

Maison de caractère dans une bien jolie région.

Belle maison disposant de nombreux espaces extérieurs très agréables et située dans un joli hameau paisible. Avec une bonne demi-heure de route, la propriété permet de découvrir une région très riche (Pont du Gard, Grotte Chauvet et gorges de l'Ardèche, Uzès, Avignon un peu plus loin), et de finir les chaudes journées avec de belles baignades dans des rivières très agréables. Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a toujours été très réactif.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison d'Henri en famille et avec quelques amis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison. Elle a beaucoup de charme et la terrasse abritée est super agréable. Il y a aussi la possibilité de manger dehors au soleil dans le jardin. La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Le hameau de Goussargues est charmant et nous avons également apprécié la visite de la région qui offre pas mal d'activités possibles et de nombreux lieux de baignade. Les échanges avec Henri et avec Françoise, qui s'occupe de la gestion de la maison ont été très sympathiques. Nous vous recommandons cette location !
