Otters View is a unique holiday villa, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.

SORRY - STRICTLY NO ALL ADULT GROUPS PLEASE.

The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

What makes this house unique

The estate consists of over 550-acres of unspoilt countryside, with 8 beautiful lakes to explore. It is also pretty flat, which makes for some lovely walks & cycle routes.

All of our holiday homes are just a few minutes walk from the award winning on site Luxury Spa facility, set at the very heart of the estate. The spa itself consists of a luxury slate lined (heated) indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gymnasium.

There is also the UK's only Eco_pool, a naturally filtered outdoor plunge pool, which is a total blast, if not a little on the cold side.

There is lots to do in the local area, as the estate is located at the very heart of the Cotswolds Water Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
