Perfecly location for the visitor to enjoy all the attractions in St Malo and surrounding area.

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating .As our ferry arrived early in the morning and the property was empty they allowed us early access which meant that we could settle in and then spend the day wandering around St Malo at our leisure.The property is very contemporary,well equipped and spotlessly clean.There is a verandah with table/chairs/parasol and loungers.The property is approximely 1/2 hour walk/10min drive from the centre of St Malo and the port.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to our family /friends and thank the owners for the bottle of Breton cider left in the fridge.

Great apartment, perfectly situated for easy access to St Malo centre

The apartment is modern, bright, and well-equipped. The location is good for access to St Malo centre - a five-minute drive or by bus from the end of the road. And in the other direction the drive along coastline starts nearby. We found it was perfect. And the owners were incredibly helpful. The apartment is situated about their business premises which meant they were on-hand if anything was needed. We had a great holiday and would definitely return. Thank you very much!

St Malo is a lovely place to explore. The beaches are just a walk away and the old town is not far. The sun came out so we saw it in all it's glory.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in der Wohngegend von St. Malo - absolut ruhig. Den Wagen kann man im abgeschlossenen großen Hof parken. Da wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (10J)) die zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrräder kostenfrei nutzen durften, waren wir sehr flexibel.

Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen exakt den Tatsachen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass Kochen zum Vergnügen wird. Auf der Terrasse steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung, den wir aber leider aufgrund des mäßigen Wetters nicht genutzt haben.

Die Vermieterin spricht kein Englisch oder Deutsch - versteht es aber und wir konnten uns mit einem lustigen Sprachenmix verständigen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall!

Super appartement, très bien équipé et confortable, à 5 min à pied des commerces de Courtoisville et de la plage du Sillon. Possibilité de se garer dans une cour fermée.

Sauber und Ordentlich

Alles war super und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist allein für sich über einer Stillgelegten Autowerkstatt. Jetzt werden dort Gerüste gelagert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns gründlich eingewiesen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was dazu gehört. Die Dusche ist geräumig . Die Schlafzimmer ebenso angemessen. Die Terasse ist groß aber sehr zügig, der Belag ist zwar schön aber teilweise lose und wackelig. Die terassenmöbel könnten für unseren Geschmack einmal erneuert werden. Toll ist der große Gasgrill. Das Auto steht direkt auf dem Innenhof hinter einem elektrischen Tor. Besser geht es nicht ! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.
