Luxurious apartment on 2nd (top) floor with superb views from balcony over gardens, signature 10th tee of Valescure Golf Course and pool with extended views towards mountain range of Les Maures and Roquebrune. The apartment is located in Valescure, between two golf courses (Golf de l'Estérel and Golf de Valescure), 3km from the centre of the charming town of St. Raphael. The nearest beach is at Agay, a beautiful natural bay with the stunning Massif de l'Estérel as it's backdrop. There are numerous secluded bays between Agay and the larger beaches of St, Raphael. It is an area of truly outstanding natural beauty with something to offer everyone whether it be total relaxation, walking, beach activities, golf, horse riding, visiting the many colourful markets, wine-tasting at nearby vineyards, eating in one of the numerous and varied restaurants along the coast or venturing further inland to explore many of the picturesque perched villages. A big bonus in St. Raphael is the daily ferry service to St. Tropez, Cannes and other destinations which makes visiting these places, especially in the busier months, much more enjoyable than driving. The ferry service normally operates between April and September. Designated car park bay.

Beautiful Apartment with views to match

The owner and representative were both lovely and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated and very modern. The surroundings were stunning with views of the hills and Valescure golf club. The area is safe , quiet and secure. The resort is easy to find from Nice and likewise the bay of Agay is an easy 5 minute drive along the Avenue des Golf. The coast road at Agay then takes you to Cannes , St Tropez , St Maxine etc. A home from home.

Owner's Response: The location of the apartment makes visiting other towns in the area and further afield so easy and returning to the relative quiet of the residence at the end of each day to enjoy the view is very relaxing. What an amazing holiday home!

What a fabulous apartment! We could not have wished for a nicer property for our holiday in this beautiful part of France. Spotless, luxuriously furnished, everything we wanted and more!

The location was perfect with views to die for, easy access to great beaches and a huge choice of excellent restaurants close by.

Mrs Clarke was a joy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

Over the years we have stayed in many high spec hotels and rented properties and we rate this as being one of the very best.

We loved it thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely

We had a lovely weeks stay here . Everything was perfect from the start. Communication with the owner from booking right through to the end of our holiday was excellent . Very informative and really helpful . Their hospitality was ten out of ten . The accommodation was in a lovely part of St Raphael , very peaceful and beautiful scenery . The accommodation itself felt like home from home , spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly want , very spacious , beautifully furnished and a great kitchen . It was lovely to come back to after a day out sight seeing . We would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to go back sometime .

Superb Stylish Comfortable Appartment

This apartment certainly lived up to the description of luxury. It was fully equipped with everything you could think of needing, and more. It was clean and very spacious, with a very large balcony that had lovely views over a golf course and the countryside.

The owner was extremely hospitable having provided lots of information about local restaurants and places to visit, and even had a lovely bottle of quality wine waiting for us on arrival.

There was a nice sized swimming pool, which although the water was cold - for late September I suppose that was to be expected. On the plus side, we had the pool all to ourselves on every visit.

The property is in an idyllic quiet setting in the countryside. That does mean a drive to the beach, town and restaurants, although the drive to all of these was only about 10 minutes.

We loved this apartment and would certainly want to go back again.

Immaculate with personal service

The apartment was as described... And even better. Clean with a wonderful homely feel, light and bright with an array of personal touches such as books on the area and a very comprehensive file of suggestions and tips on the area. Annette's hospitality was tangible even though we had never met her with wine on arrival and helpful emails before and after the trip. We would definitely recommend this property...although we don't want to brag too much about our secret gem as we would definitely plan to return and we wouldn't want it to be booked up:-)!! This was our second trip to the area which is one of our favourite. We had a lovely trip to St Tropez and Tiki plage became a firm favourite family beach. This apartment is an oasis of calm in the busy summer heat.

Perfect stay in Vallescure near St Raphael

The apartment really lived up to its description - luxurious accommodation with a lot of attention to detail and wonderful views from the terrace. It really feels like a "home from home" with absolutely everything provided. It was a lovely surprise to arrive to a welcome bottle of wine. The owner was very helpful and provided a very comprehensive information pack detailing all the activities nearby, including the best restaurants. It is in a very beautiful and quiet area adjacent to one of the oldest golf clubs in France so perfect for golfers and families alike. Very nice "walk in" swimming pool which looked very pretty when illuminated at night. We enjoyed going into the town of St. Raphael and all it has to offer but after a day out, it was always nice to get back to the relative peace of the apartment and enjoy the view from the terrace - usually with a glass of rosé in hand! Ferry service to St. Tropez was a real bonus. We hope to return next year.

After many years of visiting this beautiful part of France we decided to look for an apartment to purchase and were recommended Valescure, St. Raphael. It was perfect! Just a few kilometers from the coast in a green, lush, peaceful and safe residential area. We originally bought a ground floor apartment but the opportunity arose a few years later to purchase a larger one in the neighbouring building that had a large terrace and superb view. We didn't consider looking elsewhere as we loved everything about this residence.

From the Owner

The view from the independent, double size terrace was the unique feature of the apartment with the most fabulous view towards the Massif des Maures and the fact that the apartment needed up-dating meant we could put our own stamp on it. We then spent the next year or so completely renovating it. New tiles throughout including the terrace, underfloor heating, creating a second bathroom in what was the original kitchen and having an American-style kitchen in the lounge area. We renewed all the windows and had the shutters changed to electric ones. There were a few challenges along the way!
